Because its excellent location, we have almost all needed within a few meters walking distances ei the beach, the promenade which goes from Marbella to Puerto Banus, exclusive restaurants, beach clubs, beach bars, supermarkets, shops.. etc.

CLIMATE:This climate is due to its unique geographical situation, namely the mountains which surround Marbella, the Sierra Blanca and the Concha, visible from the entire area. Allied to the position of its coastal inlet, the effect is to shelter the town from the northern winds, allowing it to enjoy a special microclimate unique in the world and one which has become one of its great tourist attractions.

The annual average temperature is around 18.5º C, with 320 days of sunshine a year.

MARBELLA´S OLD TOWN:It is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Andalucía. It is a magnificently preserved area with narrow, white streets and floral balconies where, along with a wide range of establishments.

MARINAS: In its 27,4 kilometres of coastline, Marbella has 4 marinas:

The Marbella Marina with 377 moorings, situated in the centre of the region.

A few metres away is the port of Marina la Bajadilla with 268 moorings.

The picturesque Puerto de Cabopino with 169 moorings and a large number of restaurants, bars and a variety of shops.

And, of course, there’s Puerto José Banús which is, par excellence, Marbella’s major marina, with 915 moorings for all types of yachts and pleasure boats as well as large numbers of restaurants, bars, discotheques, luxury shops and shopping centres.

"great location, splendid gardens, tasteful and comfortable flat"
