Located on the third floor of Eden Roc 1 on The Paseo Maritimo (a paved promenade running alongside the beach and stretches some 5 miles along the Golden mile from Marbella to Puerto Banus).The terrace provides the perfect place for watching the stunning sunrises and sunsets and overlooks the marina and beach. Just step out of the front door and you are straight on the beach. Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Perfect for al fresco dining. This apartment provides a comfortable holiday home for those who just want to relax, unwind and soak up the Spanish sun or those who wish to explore the delights of Andalucia. The owners live in Marbella and are happy to organise airport pick ups, shopping & other services. PLEASE NOTE OUR APARTMENT IS now FULLY BOOKED FOR 2015. WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING BOOKINGS FOR 2016 but AVAILABILITY FOR 2016 WILL DISPLAYED LATER THIS YEAR.

Our apartment does not have airconditioning as it is not generally needed. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. Portable air conditioing units can be provided at an extra cost.

Ideally located on the sea front in the centre of Marbella with shops, bars, restuarants, supermarkets and beaches all within easy walking distance. There is a taxi rank within a 2 minute walk and bus stops within 5 minutes.

We live in central Marbella and normally meet our guests on arrival and are on hand should you require any assistance during your stay.

Check in is normally after 2pm and check out 10am but we always try to be flexible if the apartment ia already empty.

An additional payment maybe charged for check in outside normal office hours.

The Andalucia region

Costa del Sol (Sunshine coast) has on average 320 days sunshine a year which lends itself perfectly to Spanish living.

Marbella is a great base from which to explore the white washed villages of Andalucia.

Within 1 hour you can visit the stunning gorge at Ronda. Less than half an hour away are the traditional villages of Coin, Ojen and Mijas and Benahavis.

Golf has a tremendous impact on the Costa del Sol, especially during the winter when the regions mild climate and abundance of high quality courses make it a highly desirable year round golfing destination. There are some 40 golf courses within half an hours drive

Marbella, Malaga

On Marbella's famous Golden mile and within walking distance of the Old Town. A beautiful Spanish town spead around Plaza de Naranjos (Orange Square) which has fragrant orange trees, quaint little shops as well as designer shops, traditional tapas bars and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine. The beaches of Marbella are cleaned every morning and offer a quiet and pleasant spot to soak up the sun.Just 10 minutes away is Puerto Banus with its magnificent marina and alluring designer shops and lively nightlife.

"Fantastic Location"

Great location - directly overlooking the beach. The apartment itself is very good but could be excellent with a bit of TLC. Its got everything you want including beach towels and beach chairs. No air conditioning (we knew that though) and only bothered us one evening when the night was really hot.

From the apartment if you turn right and walk and walk you will come to Pueto Banus - we walked it for about an hour and a half but still didn't reach it but lovely walk along the prom. A taxi on the evening is well worth while to sit and people watch (Sinatra's Bar) and admire all the lovely expensive cars.

The Old town (a must) - turn left out of apartment and then left up onto the top road - cross over the road and you will come to a cobbled street on your left (10 mins walk at the most). Visit Paloma's Bistro (just off the main square) food fantastic - although everyhwere we ate was great.

Have the sardines from the BBQ on the beach they are wonderful.

We had a fantastic week and will definitely be back to Marbella

"Perfect Position"

This was our third holiday in 305. Received the usual warm welcome from Debby & Steve.
Unfortunately had to cut short our stay due to medical reasons. Debby came to our rescue, and really worked hard to organise our early return flight. She just couldnt have done more for us.
We are returning October 2011, and once we have settled in, the first thing we intend to do is to take Debby & Steve out for a meal to show our appreciation.

"basic but beautiful"

Always a friendly professional welcome from the owners when we arrive.
Although the apartment is small and basically furnished, it is spotlesley clean and has everything one needs for a break in the sun. The location is perfect with beach and prom, restaurants, bars and shops right outside the front door. The balcony has stunning views of the sea and harbour and is a great place to watch the world go by along the promenard.
The parking is a problem so we have decided that as everything we need is on our doorstep, we will get a taxi from the airport next time and not bother with renting a car.

Thank you. We hope to see you both again soon.
