This is a wonderful opportunity to rent a fabulous 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom duplex penthouse in the prestigious beach side complex of Hacienda Playa in Elviria. The property is very spacious and excellent quality with brand new sofas, dining chairs and terrace furniture installed for the 2014 season. The kitchen is a good size and also has a utility room! The lounge is very light and bright with two sets of opening French windows which lead out onto the large terrace which benefits from sea views at the far end of the terrace.. The master bedroom (en-suite) has a king size bed, the double bedroom upstairs (en-suite) has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds.

The master bedroom and the twin bedroom lead out onto the main terrace whilst the double bedroom upstairs benefits from its own small terrace.

The vast terrace wraps all the way around the property so getting the sun all day. There are 8 sunbeds and a BBQ. Some of the terrace has an awning so can be covered and there is an outdoor dining area and seating area. Also has BBC free to view channels, A/C hot and cold, underground parking and all within a gated community. Walking distance to all amenities and as well as the sandy beaches. Makes a wonderful holiday destination!

No matter how diverse your interests or what ever your age may be you will find that Elviria has everything to offer! It is situated 15 Kilometers east of Marbella, which is a 10 minute drive away, and is only a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

Within walking distance of your apartment is an excellent combined supermarket and Chinese shop and on the north side (the mountainside) of the main road in Elviria, there are a couple of supermarkets, a dry cleaners, hairdressers, a hardware shop, bars, restaurants and a taxi rank.

There are several bars and a variety of restaurants plus the many beach bars / restaurants to choose from offering cuisine from around the world. In the actual Spanish part of Elviria, also know as "the village" or "old town" you have a post office, a town hall and a church plus more eating places and local bars.

On the beach side, you have the 5 star luxury Don Carlos Hotel which is a land mark in the area which also hosts the world famous "Nikki Beach" on its beach, the place to be seen with the rich and famous! Along the sandy beaches are many chiringuitos to try out - you will be spoiled for choice.

There are numerous golf courses located near Elviria such as the Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Cabopino and the Marbella Club, with other courses just a short drive away. The Don Carlos Tennis Club is also located in Elviria and is fully equipped with modern facilities and very close is the Romana Fitness gym.

For the kids (and adults)! there is plenty to do whether it be going to a water park in Fuengirola (15 minutes drive), the zoo in Fuengirola, 10 pin bowling in La Cañada shopping centre in Marbella (15 minutes drive), Tivoli World in Arroyo de la Miel (20 minutes drive), Sea Life in Benalmadena (25 minute drive) or just heading down to the sandy beaches!
