This beautiful villa has it all! Set in the stunning Sierra de las Nieves [a Unesco approved area of outstanding natural beauty], it nestles in the foothils of the famous La Concha mountain overlooking Marbella offering the fusion of two separate worlds. It is the ideal location for a tranquil holiday inland from Puerto Banus in the prestigious Sierra Blanca Country Club, with the Spanish white village of Istan to the north. This area offers the visitor the opportunity to experience local village life and is equally convenient for the glamorous Marbella and Puerto Banus with their myriad attractions for the international tourist. Both the while village of Istan and the coastal resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus are some 10 minutes distant by car which is essential if you are to enjoy this location to the full.
Istan is truly Spanish, where life has changed little in centuries, but it has local shops, restaurants, bars and a Saturday market, whilst Marbella and Puerto Banus are internationally famous as being the playground
of the rich and glamorous with their beaches, exclusive shops, restaurants to cater for every taste and pocket and the local bars serving mouth watering tapas. It its cars and boats that interest you look no further than Puerto Banus, where Ferraris vie with Sunseekers to attract the jet set. Rest awhile to take in the unbridled luxury and sip a cocktail in one of the sophisticated bars.
The villa is 8 years old and very well appointed with 3 attractive bedrooms and 3 bathrooms [2 ensuite]. All rooms have a panoramic view over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Atlas mountains of Morocco and have to be seen to be believed. It is a truly stunning location. Relax on the patio or by your private and secluded pool and marvel at the view and the peace.

About this location
The Andalucia region
The Costa Del Sol is blessed with 320 days of sunshine per year and offers something for everyone. Andalucia has idyllic, picturesque and photogenic white villages, nestling in the foothills of the mountains a few kilometres back from the beautiful sandy beaches and smart towns of the coastal strip. In both venues you can sample wonderful food in atmospheric restaurants and bars, both local and international shopping and well as every kind of sport from off road cycling through the mountains to golf , bowls and tennis.
Whether you want to laze by the pool or sea or experience the activity and sights of real Spain, all is here.
To the north of Villa Las Flores is the ancient white village of Istan with its Spanish shops, bars and eateries. It has changed little for centuries and there are many places to explore, including the beautiful 'Mirador' with fantastic views down the lake to the coast.
There is also a lovely children's play area in the village as well as ancient monuments and interesting narrow streets. Sit in the square with a drink and observe local life at it's best!
Marbella, the favoured home of the international jet set is a similar distance to the south, with the classic old town and smart beachside developments and plenty of shops to suit every need, as well as the old town, centred on Orange Square with fragrant narrow streets and plenty of interesting nooks and crannies!
Along the coast are the smaller towns, San Pedro, Estepona and Sotogrande with golf course, beautiful beaches and plenty of exploring opportunities, including a lovely zoo inland and watersports on the coast. La Laguna is a coastal enclave of smart restaurants and shops, but there are beach bars in abundance where you can relax and watch and world go by.
Going further afield, Ronda is one hour distant with the oldest bull ring in Spain and stunning viaduct. Granada is 2 hours away with the Alhambra and skiing in the Sierra Nevada. Jerez de la Frontera, the home of sherry is a similar distance. Tarifa has the finest wind surfing opportunities. Sport is always on hand, a huge choice of golf course, Manolo Santana's tennis club is very nearby and you can sample bowls, fishing, kayaking, hiking etc as well as beach and water sports.
Alternatively, just relax with the tranquility of the fabulous setting of Villa Las Flores - treat yourselves.
