This is a spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom plus guest toilet ground floor (with garden) apartment in the sought after area of Hacienda Playa, beach side Elviria.

The lounge and dining area is a good size and leads out onto a massive covered and open terrace. The Master bedroom is en-suite and also leads out onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 is also en-suite. Both bathrooms have a bath and a separate shower.

The property sleeps 5. The property also has marble floors, A/C hot and cold, underground parking, a safe and a utility room. The gated community is always immaculately kept. Superb location as walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, banks, local transport and of course the sandy beaches. Must be seen!

For additional peace of mind our office is located very close to this property with friendly staff to help should it be required during your stay.

We also provide a meet and greet service as standard where a member of staff will take you to the property to ensure you know exactly where you are going.

As you enter the property you walk through a short hallway into the spacious dining and lounge area that leads out onto a spacious covered terrace.

The lounge is nicely furnished and comes with free to view channels on a modern flat screen television plus a D.V.D player and a small CD stereo.

On the very large terrace there is seating around a dining table, sun loungers and a BBQ.

The kitchen is fully equipped and you also have a utility room.

The second bedroom has two single beds along with fitted wardrobes and is also en-suite with a bath, double sinks and a separate shower.

The Master bedroom has a super King bed along with fitted wardrobes and is en-suite with a bath, double sinks and a separate shower.

For a small additional cost we can provide linen and towels to utilize the sofa bed in the lounge.

There is also a guest toilet and sink.

The property has beige marble, secure underground parking, A/C hot and cold throughout, a safe and WI-FI installed which is FREE to use during your stay.

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware etc.

For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc..

For those that prefer a more sporty holiday we are surrounded by over 50 quality golf courses along with just about every other activity you can think of. You will never be far away from some of the the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.

"Makes Basil Fawlty look like Hotelier of year - avoid any properties maintained by Propert Options Spain like the plague"

We rented two properties for our extended family holiday at Hacienda Playa. One was maintained by a Company called Sagesa and one was maintained by Property Options Spain. The resort was fine however … More

"Quiet Family Break"

Wanted a relaxing few days with family, as it happened on this occasion we were all adults and we had a wonderful time with this apartment at the hub, 'our home from home', not only was the apartment very spacious, it was very well equipped and would be excellent for younger family members as well. The pool was outside the front door (also a childrens pool), just a 10 minute walk is a lovely sandy beach (Nikki Beach a further 10 minutes away) also restaurants both on the beach (lovely views over the sea) and around the small shopping complex in the opposite direction, where you will also find some reasonably priced Supermarkets. Further afield but not too far is Marbella easily reached by taxi or very cheaply by bus. La Canada shopping mall is approx same distance but only accessible by taxi as far as we knew (they are not overpriced and very quick) !!
Loads of other amenities in the area, but if you want tranquility this complex just fits the bill ( not sure about the high season - could be very busy ) certainly a beautiful spot for young and old.
