This is a comfortable 2 bedroom /2 bathroom apartment and is located on the second floor of the prestigious and popular complex of Hacienda Playa III, in Elviria close to Marbella. The apartment is light, spacious and is fully equipped for a holiday, including the kitchen. There is a large covered terrace that both bedrooms and lounge lead out on to and from which you have sea views. You have A/C hot and cold, free to view channels, underground parking and the complex is gated. The apartment is walking distance to all amenities ideal for a family holiday!

Regarded as one of the best established developments in the area, all apartments are spacious and built to a high standard. The complex has excellent communal areas with well kept, mature gardens and a large swimming pool.

Although the complex is extremely popular due to its reputation, even in the summer months, it is rarely overcrowded.

All apartments in the Hacienda Playa complex are located within walking distance of the beach, have high specification kitchens, spacious terraces, underground parking spaces and hot & cold air-conditioning. The communal gardens are always well maintained and have large swimming pools and there is a paddle court.

You will never be far away from some of the the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.
