This is a comfortable 2 bedroom /2 bathroom apartment located on the first floor of the prestigious and popular complex of Hacienda Playa, Elviria near to Marbella. The apartment is light and spacious and is fully equipped, including the kitchen. There is a large terrace that both bedrooms and lounge lead out on to. Underground parking and gated complex. The apartment is walking distance to all amenities ideal for a family holiday!

Regarded as one of the best established developments in the area, all apartments are spacious and built to a high standard. The complex has excellent communal areas with well kept, mature gardens and a large swimming pool. Although the complex is extremely popular due to its reputation, even in the summer months, it is rarely overcrowded.

All apartments in the Hacienda Playa complex are located within walking distance of the beach, have high specification kitchens, spacious terraces, underground parking spaces and hot & cold air-conditioning. The communal gardens are always well maintained and have large swimming pools and there is a paddle court.

No matter how diverse your interests or what ever your age may be you will find that Elviria has everything to offer! It is situated 15 Kilometres east of Marbella, which is a 10 minute drive away, and it is only a 25 minute drive from Malaga Airport.

Within walking distance of your apartment, on the north side (the mountain side) of the main road in Elviria, there are a couple of supermarkets, a dry cleaners, hair dressers, a hardware shop and a taxi rank.

There are also several bars and a variety of restaurants to choose from offering cuisine from around the world. In the actual Spanish part of Elviria, also know as “the village” or “old town” you have a post office, a town hall and a church plus more eating places and local bars.

On the beach side you have the 5 star luxury Don Carlos Hotel which is a land mark in the area. The world famous “Nikki Beach” is on the beach in Elviria. The place to be seen with the rich and famous! Along the sandy beaches are many chiringuitos to try out – you will be spoilt for choice.

There are three golf courses located within the area; Santa Maria, Santa Clara and the Marbella Club, with other courses just a short drive away. The Don Carlos Tennis Club is also located in Elivira and is fully equipped with modern facilities.

The living areas are more than ample however these apartment were constructed with some of the spacious south facing terrace. Both bedrooms and lounge lead out onto the terrace.

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

- Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).

- The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware.

- For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc..

You will never be far away from some of the the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.
