The weather in Marbella is renowned for its fantastic micro climate and in general the Costa del Sol (Coast of Sunshine) gets 320 days of sunshine a year!!

Given Marbella's close proximity to the African Coastline it's unsurprising that in the summer the temperatures soar - July and August are seriously hot with temperatures in Marbella hovering around the 30ºC, and if you head inland then can reach heats of 40º C.

Even in the winter months whilst the rest of Europe are battling off the likes of wind, rain and snow it is often a very different story in Marbella, which can enjoy an average of 22 days of sunshine each January. Marbella does see the occasional bout of rain in winter which can put a dampener on your holiday but don't let it put you off as it doesn't last for very long.

We are only 10 -15 min from Night life and due to the easy access to the A7 motorway (5 min) malaga and gibraltar are very accessible from the villas. It is recommended that you hire a car or people carrier as we are not walking distance to local shops.. We are always on hand though for assistance and can arrange tour guide if required.

Perfectly positioned along the slopes of El Madroñal, this contemporary villa with classical architectural references enjoys a perfect perspective of the Mediterranean. It is a panoramic picture of sea and sky framed by the intense greenery of El Madroñal. From the open three-car garage a handsome sandstone path leads through a subtropical garden to the stylish entrance, from where the sea already comes into view. Step into the home and you enter a cool, elegant environment where light stone floors, Guadarte furniture and refined decorative details create a contemporary home with classic touches. The spacious, sunny living and dining room with a grand fireplace looks across a broad open terrace to the sea, a view further enhanced by the infinity edge swimming pool, which trains the eye even more spectacularly on the perspective view.

Also on ground floor level are a Clive Christian kitchen and Lacanche oven, part of a delightful kitchen with the elegance of a French country home. Featuring a cosy sitting corner with a classic fireplace, as well as an al fresco breakfast area that looks out on to the garden, this room also connects with a bedroom or office suite with direct access to the panoramic terrace. Situated on the opposite wing is another private bedroom suite, this time with a sunny anteroom with a French chateau fireplace and an airy bedroom, bathroom and dressing room.

It too has direct access to a wide open terrace made for lounging, dining and entertaining, while the outdoor barbecue also features a large fireplace hat opens this area up for enjoyment in the winter evenings. Flanking the stunningly positioned swimming pool is a covered area with a pretty step-down Jacuzzi from where it is a joy to simply relax and contemplate the natural peace and splendour that surrounds you – not to mention Puerto Banús spreading out before you.

The property is made up of two more levels, with a games room, snooker room and bathroom connected to a very private terrace on the lower level, and two bedroom suites located on the upper floor. The latter is home to two bedroom suites, including the main suite, which features such luxuries as a modern stone fireplace, a beautifully panoramic bathroom of marble and stone whose classic freestanding bathtub enjoys some of the finest sea views on the property, a dressing room with perfectly fitted cabinetry and a private sauna. It all amounts to a luxurious contemporary villa in a stunning setting with touches of chateau elegance.

"First visit to Marbella"

We stayed in this villa for 4 nights on a quick long weekend away, Very enjoyable time, amazing views and great jacuzzi, used heavily by our sons.. Pleasantly decorated, although some things need rep… More

"Shambles with Rude Manager"

The house has clearly been neglected and is not as advertised. Geoff the manager was rude and petulant when issues arose. The house had not been cleaned on arrival and the kitchen was covered in chip … More

Well Sir. Indeed you are correct on some of the items..
BBQ was replaced with in 24 hours. He was correct about condition..
They complained they did not have enough towels... again 8 new sets purchased in 24 hours.
also new sun beds..

However the A/C was set to minimum of 16deg all the time in bedrooms and lounges and basement for some reason, apparently it is ok to do this while leaving windows open..during his stay we had temperatures of 36d .. so A/C working very hard to maintain 16d with doors open..
And they complained it was cold at night as the Duvets where to thin!.
one unit of the 4 units stopped working.. the next day it was fixed..!!
Our electricity Bill was 1530€ for one month, we had an "Excess charging " from Endesa.. of near 300€ hence 150€ was for his two weeks which was taken form his deposit.of 600. 450 was returned

"Lovely relaxing villa."

We had a good stay over 5 weeks. although we had a few problems the owners were quick to resolve--- lovely villa with great views.. very private
