You are sure to have a great vacation at our 3-bed garden apartment. We are less than five minutes walk from the Carib Playa beach and a few minutes further brings you to the port of Cabopino. For pool lovers, the development has a large "guitar" shaped pool and a separate pool for the toddlers.
There are about a dozen restaurants with walking distance, to suit all budgets. This apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a large terrace and a garden.
Less than 15 minutes drive brings you to Marbella or Fuengerola.
Designated parking is in the basement underneath the complex and apartments can be reached by elevator from the parking area.
The Andalucia region
The Costa del Sol has long been a favourite destination because it offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos generally attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos. Fuengirola is a bit quieter more family-friendly. There are plenty of water sports on offer, and pedal-boats for the family to enjoy.
The property is located in a new beach side development and just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 8 minute walk to Puerto Cabopino Marina and its restaurants and bars. A 15 minutes drive to Marbella . Puerto Banus or Fuengirola, 20 minutes direct via dual carriageway from apartment to Malaga Airport. The complex is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of a conservation area, sand dunes and sea. The apartment is overlooking a 9 hole golf course and is 5 minutes drive from some of the best courses on the Costa del Sol .

"A perfect week's holiday in a beautiful apartment."
Myself, my husband and 13 year old daughter had a lovely relaxing week at this wonderful resort. We spent our time relaxing in the garden of the apartment or by the pool. The beach was in easy walking distance but the pool was too nice to leave. We also took some trips to local areas e.g. Mijas. The local resturants provided great food at a reasonable price. We especially enjoyed El Cortijo which was about a 5 minute walk. There is a supermarket which is a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. This supplied a large range of goods and even had imported products e.g. Kelloggs cereals. The Spanish people were very friendly and the pool and garden staff were very helpful. A great week's holiday.

"Lovely place apart from the overzealous pool attendant"
We had a lovely week in a great little apartment, easy to find and we'll located, only negative point was the pool attendant who was quite happy to ignor the rules of no balls, music, inflatables… More
