This is a very nicely furnished corner 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment in Jardines de Santa Maria Golf. The property is very spacious and is south facing so gets sun all day. The large terrace over looks a green area of the community so very peaceful however the various communal pools are very close. The complex is gated with security.

The Master bedroom is a double bed with an en-suite (bath) and the other two bedrooms are twins and share a bathroom with a shower. All windows have mosquito screens and there is A/C hot and hot, a substantial selection of free to view TV channels and underground parking with a lift. As is is an end apartment there is a lot of natural light. The utility room has a washing machine, a dryer and trouser press. Ideal location for renting as is walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, banks, the beach and public transport.

Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is an ideal place to spend a holiday. There are various pool areas and one specifically for children as it is all shallow. This end apartment is very light and private. It is close to a pool area but over looks trees and green area. Only a short (flat) walk to the local restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks local transport and the lovely sandy beaches. The complex is gated with security and there are four different swimming pools to enjoy.

The two twin rooms share a bathroom that has a shower. The Master bedroom is en-suite (bath with shower) and leads out on to the large terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the utility room has a washing machine and dryer as well as a trouser press.

The property has A/C hot and cold, free to view channels and all windows have mosquito screens.

The lounge and dining area is spacious and leads to the terrace which is also a good size. There is a table and chairs for 6 for out door eating plus 2 sunbeds.

Check in time is 4pm and Check out time is 10am, where possible we will try and accommodate earlier check in times and later check out times, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Rates are inclusive of bed linen and towels (including beach towels).

The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses, crockery and cookware.

For an extra charge, maid service can be provided to suit you either daily or weekly etc.

There are four different swimming pools to enjoy within the development.

You will never be far away from some of the the best sandy beaches on the coast which also has one of the world famous Nikki Beach's adjoined to the 5 star Don Carlos hotel .

There is a commercial centre in Elviria which is just a short walk away and has everything you need including several banks, supermarkets, shops and a vast choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. There are also several taxi ranks and buses stops to take you in either direction along the coast.
