An amazing apartment in the beautiful El Campanario complex situated on the marvelous New Golden Mile, being just a short 5 minute drive to the famous Puerto Banus and a little further is the traditional town and port of Estepona. El Campanario is an incredible base for your holiday in the Marbella area, the complex is private and secluded with immaculate tropical gardens and boasts three incredible swimming pools, each with a separate baby pool, sun beds and showers and all gated with no traffic so very private and secure. The location of El Campanario is fabulous – walking distance (10 minutes) to the commercial zones of El Pilar and Diana Park where you have lots of shops and other amenities plus many cafes, bars and restaurants with numerous dining options. The beach is also close-by, over the footbridge of the main road, perhaps a 20 minutes walk from the apartment or just a few minutes in the car.
Staying at El Campanario truly offers something to suit all requirements - this apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends wanting to chill out, relax and enjoy the fabulous all year round Costa del Sol warm climate. But just 5 minutes in the car is Puerto Banus, best known for its bustling nightlife with smart restaurants, busy bars and exclusive clubs, overlooking the impressive marina filled with the most amazing yachts and leisure boats. Alternatively, Estepona is just 10km away in the opposite direction with the most amazing empty tranquil beaches spread along this 10km stretch of the coast.
EL CAMPANARIO GOLF & COUNRTY CLUB
The bonus of staying at El Campanario is having the facilities of the El Campanario Golf & Country Club right on your door step. Just opposite the front entrance gates to the apartments, so literally 2 minutes walk from the door, is a 9 hole golf course, paddle and tennis courts, fully equipped gym with ultra modern machines, an amazing spa with sauna and indoor swimming pool, beauty therapy and massage rooms plus a wonderful outdoor pool set in private gardens with sun loungers overlooking the golf course. This is a private club and you do have to be a member to enjoy these incredible facilities – a short-term family membership is available and the typical cost is from €165 for a couple with 2 children for one week (rates increase during peak season). This is an amazing price for unlimited access to all of these facilities without additional fees (other than for beauty & massage treatments which are payable extra). The club house bar and restaurant is open every day to the general public, and has regular entertainment.
Please note that the three communal swimming pools at the apartment complex are free and are insde the apartment complex - the country club swimming pool and its other facilities are independant from the apartment complex and membership charges apply ONLY for use of the country club facilities.

The apartment is bright and spacious and furnished in modern neutral tones. The open plan living area has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with brand new IPTV (11 UK free to air television channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, C4 & C5) and DVD player. Broadband wifi is available which is a great addition for the kids or those needing to be in contact back home. There is a formal dining area with seating for 6, although you will undoubtedly eat out on the fabulous terrace. A large set of patio doors from the living area provides access to the partly covered terrace with stunning mountain views overlooking the Mediterranean tropical gardens and swimming pool below.
There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with a large hatch opening out to the lounge, and includes all appliances: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine in the separate utility room.
There are two bedrooms, the master has a kingsize double bed and patio doors on to the terrace plus it has an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a single fold up z-bed available to accommodate a 5th person.
There is a large family bathroom/WC.
The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms which is connected to a timer - the timer ensures our guests are still able to use the air con without any restrictions whilst inside the property. Maximum time is 2 hours but can be re-set immediately once timer has expired.
FURTHER DETAILS OUTDOORS
The large marvelous terrace has impressive views to the mountains at Estepona and looks out directly over the third communal swimming pool and the lush gardens. The terrace is completely private and not overlooked, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying a beer or a cool glass of wine at the end of a tough day by the pool or a busy day sight-seeing. There is a large rectangle patio table with seating for 6 plus two comfortable sun loungers to sun bathe in absolute privacy. Access to the terrace is from the lounge or the master bedroom.
El Campanario has three communal pools, each with a separate baby pool. This apartment is located right in the middle of the complex and just steps away from two of these pools. Sunbeds are available for guests use and showers and toilet facilities are provided by each of the pools.
The swimming pools are surrounded by well maintained mature tropical gardens with stepping stones walkways and decorative bridges, to wander around at leisure.
El Campanario is gated so children can play safe (obviously adult guidance needed around the pool and water areas and the car park.)
There is plenty of car parking inside the complex. A guard operates the front gates 24 hours a day.

EL CAMPANARIO is walking distance to the shopping and eating rea of Diana Park and El Pariaso where you will find every amenity and many bars, cafes and restaurants. However, situated just 6km away is the fabulous Puerto Banus and 10 km to the vibrant and traditional Spanish town of Estepona
PUERTO BANUS & MARBELLA (just 6-7km away)
Puerto Banus is a world famous marina and holiday hotspot attracting visitors all year round. A vibrant and busy leisure port, Puerto Banus is the perfect place for young and old to enjoy a sunny afternoon stroll or an amazing evening out. In the port, enjoy a drink at the legendary Sinatra's Bar, a pizza in the most sought after Italian restaurant Picassos, or a simple burger in Jacks. Puerto Banus is a designer shopper's paradise with fabulous boutiques and the high end legendary Spanish department store El Corte Ingles. During summer time and other holiday periods the Plaza Antonio Banderras is a great place to wander, hosting a craft fair with specialist goods and handicrafts on sale, and kids rides, play areas and street entertainers for the children.
Marbella town is just 5 minutes further down the coast by car (or even by bus). Marbella centre is the place to go if you want to taste some of the area's specialty tapas bars and bodegas, or visit the old town and Plaza de los Naranjos to soak up some traditional Spanish charm and atmosphere. You can even go for a tour of the town by horse and carriage, if the mood takes you!
ESTEPONA (just 10 km away)
Estepona has the most stunning beaches of the area. Along the Estepona coast, on which El Campanario del Paraiso is located, are lots of little coves with beautiful, sandy, clean beaches and chiringuiitos (beach bars) scattered every few hundred metres, and here you can sample some of the best and freshest caught fish and seafood where sardines cooked by barbeque and paella are the order of the day. The traditional and bustling Spanish town of Estepona is pretty and is worth a visit with small winding streets filled with lots of little shops, cafes and restaurants where the daily menu del dia is recommended.
Estepona also has a small leisure port where the bars and restaurants are always lively with a famous busy market every Sunday morning selling leather goods, ceramics and other traditional Spanish items.
