This delightful ground floor apartment was bought by the owners on completion of the development. It is located on one of the best developments on the "Costa" and has spacious well maintained mature tropical gardens . There are 4 swimming pools complete with sunbeds and shades for your use. The apartment faces south,South West and has a large terrace,shaded during the day but with the benefit of the evening sun.The private garden has sunshine at all times of the day.

The local beach is the best white sandy beach on the coast with lovely beach restaurants. Santa Maria Golf Club and club house is within easy walking distance as are the local shops, good restaurants and other amenities. Ideal for couples or families with any age children that need a relaxing and carefree holiday.Puerto Banus, Marbella and Malaga are 15 -20 mins away and Rhonda, Granada and other towns can be easily reached for a day trip into the lovely country side.

The inside of the apartment is spacious, well fitted out with, with an open plan lounge,diining and kitchen area.The large outside terrace leads on to a private garden and enjoys the afternoon and evening sun. Ideal for sunbathing.Please note that the 5th bed is a sofa bed in the lounge.We also have a cot and high chair available for babies or small children if needed.

El Manantial is a spacious development with plenty of room between each Block because of the mature tropical gardens. Unusual in modern Spain. There is a secuirty lock on all the gates and on arrival our English manager (with a Spanish wife) will meet you with the keys and show you around..

The development is only 3 stories high and has undergound parking with a lift directly to the front door of the apartment. The apartment block is at the top of the development and within easy reach of the delighful gardens that contain a chioce of 4 different swimming pools. The surrounding area is quiet and residential but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Santa Maria Golf Club is just a few minutes walk away and welcomes visitors to play, eat or drink in the restaurant / bar. The compex is well looked after and maintained to the highest standards by the management agency. There is a secuity code on all the gates.

The Andalucia region

A lovely sunny climate. Elveria is central for visiting the Costa del Sol region with places like Rhonda,and Gibralta one hours drive away, Granada ,Sevilla and Cordoba are approximately 2 hours away. Puerto Banus and Marbella are 15 mins away by car, both are excellent for shopping and night life. The Costa del Sol region is famous for the climate with 350 days of sunshine a year, many interesting little ports, water sports and golf. A file outlinning everything in the surrounding area is available in the apartment giving details of lots of these attractions.

Marbella, Malaga

An ideal beach and golf holiday location with beautiful white sandy beaches and water sports all within easy reach. The local beach is one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol .The lovely port of Cabopino is 5 mins drive and is a popular location with beaches and excellent restaurants to suit all tastes. There are supermarkets, many bars and a variety of different restaurants all within walking distance. Elveria has two golf courses,a 9 hole course with extensive practise facilties and an 18 hole course at Santa Maria. An ideal place for a holiday.

"Great Location"

The apartment was well furnished and equipped, situated very conveniently for local amenities, shops and restaurants, etc, all of which are just a few minutes stroll away. All four swimming pools are very clean, tidy and set in beautifully maintained landscape and gardens. The location is great, very quiet at night - perfect for a tranquil and relaxing holiday! I would certainly be happy to stay there again sometime.

"Clean and cosy appartment with great location."

This is a clean and cosy appartment with great location. It is situated on the ground floor, which is superb for families with small children. The property has a spaceous and lovely green garden with 4 pools and a fish pond. No disturbing noise from the A-7 highway. The beach is only a short ride away, and so is Marbella and other great places to visit. You have walking distance to golf course, super market, restaurants, bars and cafe's. All in all an great place for a relaxing vacation.
