On the entry level you find a south facing terrace with a small private garden. Entering the front door we have a hallway which leads to a lounge with working fireplace, from the lounge we have dining area which has acces to a fully fitted kitchen, complete with all modern appliances. Both dining and kitchen have acces to an enclosed courtyard which provides you total privacy with a dining table. You also find a small bathroom close to the entrance.
From this level up we find the bedrooms on the first floor, a master bedroom with comfortalbe sized south facing terrace and a bathroom en suite. Further we have 2 additional bedrooms who share 1 bathroom.
On the top level up we have acces to a very private solarium from which you can enjoy sun all day and have superb seaviews.
Underneath, there is a large underground private parking and storage room, with an automatic garage door. As well we have huge entertainment/relax area, with acces to a small toilet. In the basement room there are one double and one sgl bed. There is a basement window, and a fan, but the room is not connected to the airco in the rest of the house

Very nice community with a swimmingpool. Small walking path down to the beach - no cars and safe for kids. Cars in the underground parking with access to each house. Nice restaurants etc on the beach.
50% when signing the contract and the rest before arrival. 200 euro deposit. Cleaning included

Region with nice relaxing beachlife, restaurants, shopping and nightlife in Marbella or Puerto Banus, Nice hills for walking. Several Golf courses nearby. Great tennisclub just by the highway.
Restaurants in walking distance and several restaurants grouped together with the supermarked "Supersol" just at the A7 motorway exit to the house. Marbella Golf Country Club close by. The townhouse is situated in a comunity just on Bono's Beach/ Arenal Beach. For "real" shopping you have Las Canadas Shopping Mall 10 min drive from the house.
