Patio doors to a large terrace, fully equipped state of the art kitchen new appliances - dishwasher etc and laundry room , 2 bedrooms - master with king size bed, beautiful hardwood fitted wardrobes, second bedroom 2 twins again with similar quality built in hardwood wardrobes. 2 luxury marble bathrooms, one en suite - separate marble and glass shower cubicle with power shower - jacuzzi bath.Second marble bathroom with shower over bath, and bidet. Fluffy Egyptian cotton towels compliment the luxurious feel.
Outside areas, sliding glass patio doors lead to a private sun terrace, lounging sofa sunbeds and table chairs seating for 6 . The terrace overlooks one of the four swimming pools and the lush garden areas and spectacular ocean and mountains views.
The views are can only be described as spectacular - looking out over the coastal resorts to the Mediterranean then round to the mountains - in the evening watch the sun set over the horizon then see the night lights of Marbella and the twinkling mountain lights of the inland Andalusian villages. Simply Breath taking!!
Facilities :El Soto has a 9 hole golf course. A contemporary furnished bar and restaurant - sit on the terrace overlooking the floodlit lake and fountain - eating Nancy's excellent food.
There is a 9hole par 73 golf course,Tennis courts,paddle tennis, gymnasium, sauna and steam room and Jacuzzi on site.

This is a fully fitted and equipped holiday home, quality towels, bed-linen & blankets are all provided for use in the apartment, although beach towels are not. The patio doors from the lounge open out onto the terrace which catches the morning sun and has magnificent views over the garden to the mountains and the Mediterranean coast. There is a patio table and chairs so you can sit or dine on the terrace. The garden bathes in sunshine for nearly the whole day and sun loungers are provided.
The beautiful white villages of Ojen & Mijas are nearby, Ronda and Cordoba can also be easily reached. Further afield, there is the Alhambra palace complex in Granada, the old city of Seville, and Gibraltar with its Barbary Apes, cable car up the Rock and dolphin safaris in Gibraltar bay. The more adventurous might like to drive on to Algeciras or other ports and take the ferry across to Morrocco.

El Soto de Marbella was declared a World Biosphere Reservation by UNESCO (there are protected cork and oak trees rare plants and birds )and is located in the hills above the village of Elviria, just 15 minutes drive from the centre of Marbella. Elviria has a good range of facilities including excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boutique shops. The extensive Elviria Beach is 7 mins drive away and is one of the best Marbella beaches, ideal for families or couples with plenty of facilities including jet skiing and kite boarding. The main department stores and designer boutiques can be found in nearby Marbella and the famous Puerto Banus. La Cala & Santa Maria are two superb golf courses only a few minutes away and there are another 21 excellent courses within 30 mins drive.

Your accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival towels and bed linen changed. Extra cleaning can be arranged in advance and will be charged for in resort.
A vehicle and driver are available for airport transfers,local excursions,and transport for clients wishing to sample either the vibrant night life of the area or to visit to one of the many fashionable restaurants in the area. Please enquire for details.

The Andalucia region
A beautiful, 160-kilometre-long Mediterranean coast and a mild climate due to the coastal strip’s protection from winds have made Costa del Sol one of the world’s top tourist destinations.
Costa Del Sol’s mild weather is renowned internationally, with its average temperature of 22ºC in the winter and in excess of 30ºC in summer. Golf and tennis are popular pursuits in the region and watersports are big on the agenda of fun. The Sierra Nevada Mountains, Granada, Marbella and Gibraltar can all be visited whilst on the Costa but if u want to totally relax there are the lovely clean beaches to laze on.
Just a short walk away from the property is the welcoming Restaurant El Soto where you can enjoy a quiet drink or a full meal overlooking the feature lake on the golf course.
The development has its own 9 hole golf course, tennis and paddle courts, gym and spa with sauna steam room and jacuzzi, putting green, small shop and children's play area.All free to guests of our apartment. A short distance away from El Soto is the Kudu bar which has a friendly atmosphere and serves fantastic food! The area is also within a short driving distance of over 30 golf courses in the area to suit allabilities. In particular within a five minute drive are the renowned La Cala and Santa Maria courses.
The area has also been recomended by many keen mountain bikers as the stunning location and scenery make it perfect for this activity. The property has ample parking, access lift and 24 hour entrance security.
The location of Marbella needs no introduction. This property is ideally placed for those wishing to experience the vibrant area whilst still experiencing true relaxation. The apartment is ideally placed on the complex with just a short walk to the clubhouse. Within a seven minute car drive is the beautiful town of Elviria with its restaurants, shops, stunning beaches and the very famous Nikki Beach based at the 5 star Don Carlos Hotel.
Also within a short drive is the stunning port of Cabopino and Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques and department stores and vibrant nightlife. The beautiful white villages of Ojen and Mijas are definitely worth a visit as are Ronda, Seville and Granada.
Further afield there is Gibraltar with its wild monkeys! The apartment is ideal for golfers as there are over 30 courses of varying standard to be played locally. Other local activities include, walking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, go-karting, aquarium, water park and zoo.

"Excellent holiday experience"
Stayed at this apartment in August 2013 with my husband and 2 teenage children. Fantastic modern 2 bedroomed apartment, with all amenities. The pool was lovely just below our balcony, no rowdy crowd… More

"Excellent, relaxing and very friendly."
Myself, husband and three children thoroughly enjoyed our 11 day break. We were impressed by the hospitality in the club house and Kudo and nothing was a bother for anyone involved. The apartment was clean and had everything available while on holiday. The views are spectacular and our children had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back. The owner Peter was a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make our holiday enjoyable.
