Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Or could it be the cliff-top theatre at Mynack, working harbours, the world famous Eden project or St Michaels Mount, cut off from the mainland by a causeway. Or even the endless activities on offer; the Camel Cycling and Walking Trail, stunning coastal paths or the National Surf Centre at Newquay’s Fistral beach. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.
Marazion / St Hilary area
Situated three miles from the sandy beach at Marazion, with its instantly recognisable landmark of St Michael's Mount, is the former mining village of St. Hilary. Set in the heart of the Mounts Bay area, this is a great holiday base for either a family trip, or a walking holiday – or of course, a combination of the two! With easy access to coastal and moorland walks, on both the Land's End and the Lizard peninsulas, this picturesque little village is also well placed from trips to the northern coast of Cornwall, and towns like St Ives. A variety of local amenities are situated close by – just three miles away the market town of Marazion has many eating establishments, pubs and shops and a sandy beach, and closer to home, the village of Goldsithney has a pub serving good food and a village shop.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Xmas' and 'New Year' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
