Trelynden offers spacious accommodation over three floors, downstairs is the lounge with four sumputious black leather settees, TV, DVD & video. Separate dining room with seating for eight for all those diner parties!

Large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and microwave,TV, and CD player, fan oven and gas hob. Small breakfast table and cushion seating. Larger than normal utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and fridge freezer. Plenty of space for beach stuff.

The West Country / Cornwall region

West Cornwall is blessed with a mild climate so is delightful to visit at any time of the year. Every which way you turn there is a new cove or beach to explore. Steeped in history from mining and derelict tin mines littering the sky lines in all directions to shipwrecks and tales of lost lands, there is always something to see or do.

St Ives is a must as a tourist with an enviable choice of restaurants and bars. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project just have to be visited as does St Michaels Mount which is an experience itself, by foot at low tide or by boat when the tide is in.


Marazion / Goldsithney area

Penzance is the nearest market town and bustles with shops, restaurants and pubs. If it's surfing you're after there is a surf school just a mile away in Marazion.

Horse riding another 1/2 mile away, golf course 7 min drive, coastal walking 1/2 mile, shark fishing 3.5 miles, free tennis courts 3.5 miles, quad biking 3.5 miles - you name it I am sure we have it!

Four bedrooms. Master with oversized King Size antique four poster bed, walnut wardrobe and dressing table and en suite shower room. Further double bedroom bedroom with canopy over and en suite shower room, twin room with antique mahogany wardrobe, dressing table and wash had basin, last bedroom has King-size bed, wardrobe chest of drawers and wash hand basin.

The Games Room is in the attic which is the same size as the all of the ground floor. Here we have a 3/4 snooker table with pool and snooker balls and a table tennis table over. There are five settees here so plenty of room to watch the TV, DVD or video or have a go at the Wii console.

The garden is fully enclosed with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. It is also a real sun trap for sunbathers and the sun sets perfectly for evening outdoor entertainment.

The property comes with all bed linen and towels but not beach towels so please bring your own.
The heating and hot water are also included in the price.
