"Idyllic with some of the best views ever!"

We stayed for a short break with our 6 year old son. The owners were superb ensuring our arrival was 'stress free'. The house is lovely with the most magnificent views of St Michaels Mount. The walk down into Marazion is pleasant, two nice pubs along the way amd numerous coffee shops. The beach is excellent and there is plenty to see and do. We will be back!
Thank you Simon

"If you like wild birdlife, exceptional view and comfortable living rent no.1 Chy-ar-Venton"

The property has a perfect location with wild nature around the corner and a cosey pub 10 minutes walk away.
The beds are very comfortable and the hole property clean and fresh.
What we missed was some more comfortable outdoorchairs and some equipment for the kitchen like scissors, coffeebrewer and some bowls.
The general impression anyway is very good and I surely could recommend this property to my Swedish friends.

Hi. Many thanks for the nice review. We did supply a pair of scissors, although these have obviously gone missing! We will replace them asap and supply some mixing bowls. Thank you for drawing our attention to this. We will also look into getting some cushions for the outdoor chairs.

"Stunning views of St Michaels Mount from the living room"

We rented this property over the Winter months (Dec-Apr). December was exceptionally cold and this was felt most noticeably in the bedrooms. The living area benefited from being upstairs and solar gain, so we were quite comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with one or two appliances in need of attention (but should be fixed by now). The view from the living room and the adjacent balcony is stunning, and amongst the best in the Country. The property is about a couple of hundred yards from the SW coast path. Very easy to walk to Perranuthnoe and a short walk down into Marazion and over to St Michaels Mount. Food in the Victoria Inn, Perranuthnoe, is very good and good food at the Kings Arms and Godolphin Arms, with a warm welcome.

Tip: check that the landlord has fixed the appliances and repaired the leak from the flat roof over one of the bedrooms.

Hi Michael. Thanks for the review. We installed new leadwork, waterproof barrier and decking to the balcony as soon as you vacated the property and this seems to have solved the problem!
