No.1 Chy-ar-Venton is a newly converted and tastefully decorated reverse level property which sleeps up to 5 people and is located in a peaceful location yet is only just over half a mile to the ancient town of Marazion with its delightful mix of shops, art galleries and cafes and a number of good pubs and restaurants. Wheal Rodney Leisure Complex with indoor pool, sauna, spa and solarium is under a mile away and is open to the public all year round
The golden sands of Marazion are popular throughout the season and are a haven for water sport enthusiasts. On a blustery day the sight of colourful kite surfers, windsurfers, dinghies and yachts, zipping across white crested waves out in the bay, are a fascinating spectacle. In fact, Mounts Bay was voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world. In addition, a vast tract of inland marshland frequented by rare birds and supporting several hundred species of plants attracts birdwatchers from all over the country.
The property enjoys spectacular uninterupted paroramic views across Mounts Bay and Penzance and St. Michael's Mount and surrounding countryside. The balcony with it's stunning views is a perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining or just relax and soak up the sun. How to get there
By Road: Take the A30 to Penzance. As you pass through Crowlas and approach Penzance take the first left off the roundabout onto the A394 Helston Road. Follow this road for 2 miles until you come to a mini roundabout. Turn right off this roundabout into Turnpike Road, Marazion. No.3 Chy-ar-Venton is located 100 metres up this road on the left and is the first property you will see.
By Rail: Penzance Main Line Station is just 3 miles away. From Penzance railway station there are buses and taxis available to Marazion. The Bus stop & Taxi rank are located opposite the railway station, & it takes about ten minutes on the bus to Marazion.
By Bus: There is a bus station adjacent to the Railway Station in Penzance and a bus stop just 200m from the property in Marazion

Further details indoors: The first floor comprises of a spacious open plan living area and kitchen diner. The luxury appointed kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge freezer, ceramic hotplate, microwave and breakfast bar. There is also a separate table.
The open plan lounge leads on to a large balcony with a table and seating for 4 people to enjoy the far reaching views to St. Michaels Mount. The lounge benefits from a new modular sofa and 26" LCD TV, Hifi system and coffee table and well as breathtaking views.
Downstairs consists of bathroom with bath and shower and three bedrooms - one large bedroom with double bed, one twin room with 2 single beds and 1 further bedroom with a single bed. Each bedroom has its own 19" LCD TV . Patio doors lead off the double bedroom to a private sheltered garden to the rear with picnic table. There is also open garden area at the front of the property and ample parking for numerous cars. The property is alarmed for added security. All furniture, soft furnishings, beds, linens and appliances are brand new as of April 2008.
