Carlyon is a pretty little granite barn conversion that sits with several other similar properties at the head of a hidden valley in the hamlet of Cucurrian, midway between the north Cornish coast of St Ives and the southern coastline of Marazion. You will be spoilt for choice as to which stunning coastline and beaches you will want to explore. Carlyon's elevated, sunny position provides views across the Cornish landscape as well as the coastline of Mounts Bay to the south. It is surrounded by acres of open countryside and adjoining farmland, in fact, a number of footpaths can be accessed at the top of the garden, perfect for that early morning or evening stroll!

Decorated in soft and warm colours and equipped to a very high standard, this charming property is ideally suited for a young family or couples, having the flexibility of a twin or double bed option in of the bedrooms. It also benefits from a fully enclosed garden, a raised decking area with distant views of St. Michaels Mount and a large new conservatory which catches the evening sun. The property is eco-friendly having solar panels fitted to help generate electricity, a water supply filtered from a spring and waste water draining to a soak away. There is also a small wood burning stove in the lounge for those chilly spring or autumn evenings.

Carlyon is located in an extremely versatile position being just a few minutes from the A30 and within a short drive of all the local beaches, shops and amenities but is also surrounded by open fields and valleys where guests can literally meander for miles and take the opportunity to re-charge some of those batteries with good clean Cornish air!

Sofa seating, dining table & chairs, granite fireplace with wood burning stove (logs supplied), flat screen TV & DVD player, i pod docking station/CD player, selection of books, games and puzzles, views over garden and open countryside. Kitchen: Double doors, tiled floor, fully fitted pine units with ceramic hob, extraction unit, oven/grill, larder fridge, slim line dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Hall with wood floor leading to Bathroom: Bath with shower over, W.C. Hand basin, heated towel rail, tiled floor. Bedroom One: Double bed with additional furniture and views over the garden. Bedroom Two: Twin room decorated in blue with white additional furniture, (two 3ft beds that can be placed together to form a double), views over the garden.

Outside: Fully enclosed garden with garden furniture. Raised decking area with furniture. Communal courtyard to rear of property accessed from original front door. Parking for two cars. Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately pets are not accepted. Suitable for disabled guests with a wheelchair subject to requirements.
