A charming Cottage, the third of a terrace of four, a cul-de-sac, in a superb location overlooking Mount's Bay. Quietly tucked away, this property is in an excellent setting, with the sea almost on the doorstep, and the beach and town centre within 2 minutes' walk. Built around 1900, one of the last to be constructed using the 'yellow' bricks which were manufactured in the town, the cottage is fully modernised, with decor of a more traditional style. This is sunny accommodation, very comfortable, and with partial double glazing. Please Note: The front patio has a low wall with a steep drop beyond; this property might therefore not be considered suitable for toddlers. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY BOOKS FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

Lounge: Electric heater, lovely sea view to the side. TV/Video. Kitchen/Diner: A traditional Cornish Range makes a very attractive ornamental feature, electric cooker, microwave, door to rear. Utility: Fridge, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer. Bathroom: Bath with overhead shower, basin and W.C. Steep stairs to First Floor: Bedroom One: Double bed, two windows with lovely sea views, electric heater. Bedroom Two: Twin beds, electric heater.
Outside: Front patio area with lovely sea views. Private Parking for one medium sized car immediately in front of property. Local Shops within two minutes' walk.
Please note: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property and unfortunately, pets are not accepted.
