A Semi-Detached House situated in a superb elevated position with breathtaking views of the whole of Mounts Bay. The property is 10 minutes walk from the beach and shops, however it is uphill and steep in places; there are also some steps leading up to the house from the parking area. The property offers modernised accommodation and the sea views really are spectacular. An excellent family holiday home.

Entrance Utility Room: Automatic washing machine, tumble dryer, spin dryer, fridge/freezer. Separate W.C: Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave oven. Dining room: Storage heater, patio doors to sun terrace with superb sea view. Large Lounge: Picture window with french door to terrace, extensive sea view, storage heater, electric fire, TV/Video/DVD.
First floor:
Landing: Door to balcony at side of property. Airing cupboard. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, basin and w.c., heated towel rail. Bedroom One: Twin pine framed beds, electric heater. Bedroom Two: Double bed, electric heater, beautiful sea view. Bedroom Three: Although small, this bedroom makes up for it with those stunning sea views! Single bed, electric heater.
Outside patios to side and front, sun terrace, first floor balcony, all with excellent sea views. Steep steps up to wild hillside at the rear (not suitable for use as pleasure garden). Two Parking spaces at bottom of steps leading to property. Shops: Approximately 10 minutes steepish walk down to local stores. Payphone.
