The property offers comfortable accommodation with electric heating and a private parking space. A conveniently situated family holiday home tucked away from the road. You can leave the car at home while you visit St Michael's Mount and enjoy a day on the beach, with excellent Cornish food and drink available in the local pubs and restaurants. Or buy locally sourced produce and have fun cooking it yourself with the help of our cookery book collection, with just a footpath at the front which leads to the parking.

Bathroom: Bath & separate shower cubicle, basin and W.C., heated towel rail.
Outside: Attractively planted courtyard garden; small enclosed rear yard with outside W.C. Garden table and chairs provided. Private Parking space for one car only; please note access is from a narrow lane. Beach car park nearby. Shops: Local stores nearby. Convenient for bus routes to Penzance and Falmouth and walking on South West Way.
Please note: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from smoking inside the property. Controlled dogs welcome, but are only allowed on limited areas of the beach.
