Gwenver is part of a large warehouse which has been converted into three superb cottages. The property is tucked away in a quiet yet central part of this very popular small resort, just a two minute walk from the beach. The accommodation is in excellent condition throughout and arranged in reverse level to take advantage of its views of Mounts Bay.
Downstairs the bedrooms are all fully carpeted, and comfortable and the bathroom is modern and light. The stable door entrance opens onto an attractive paved forecourt which benefits from the afternoon and evening sun. A back door in the property offers a short cut to the beach and shops.
Upstairs the living area is open plan and spacious with tall windows and a high beamed cathedral style ceiling. Being painted in white and with polished timber flooring, upstairs is very light and airy giving a Mediterranean feel.
The kitchen/ raised dining area has a wonderful view of St. Michaels Mount and the Bay over the old roof tops and chimneys of Marazion. A glazed door leads to an individual timber balcony which has a dividing trellis to provide an element of privacy. It also benefits from the afternoon and evening sun with a view over the Bay to Penzance and Newlyn. With storage heating and double glazing throughout, Gwenver is a first class holiday home all year round in a central, yet quiet setting.
