The property is in 'split level' design and the studio is approached by steps down the side, with its own private entrance at the front; the owners' residence is approached from the rear. This very comfortable accommodation is in first class order, double glazed, and with central heating. There is a secluded gravelled patio garden, with lovely views of Mount's Bay and St. Michael's Mount. The location is very peaceful, yet just a few minutes walk down to the beach, shops, etc. An excellent holiday home for two. Please note: this property is not suitable for children.
