At the nicest beach of Attica, Schinias Marathon, twenty metres from the sea, as you come out of the farm, you walk on the sand. Villa, 90 square metres in a field of 2000 square metres with unobstructed view to the sea. A tennis court at the official dimensions, a kiosk thirty metres from the sea, from the international airport of Athens “Eleftehrios Venizelos, spa, outdoor parking (three cars). Big balconies around the Villa. Three bedrooms where six (6) persons can stay, a big living room with a dining area, a comfortable bathroom and W.C, a kitchen. A traditional stone made fireplace. Air Conditions in all rooms, heating in winter, cooling in the summer. Fully furnished. Television, internet, electric stove, refridgerator, washing machine, hair dryer. Bedsheets and towels' change twice a week.
The sea in front of the Villa, up to fifty metres from the seaside, is shallow and appropriate for children and those who can't swim. At the beach and inside the sea there is sand and the access is easy for the children and the persons of old age. There is the possibility of entertainment with sea sports. Fifty metres from the farm, there is a windsurfing training school and a small boat yachting school , windsurfs and yachting boats being rented. There is also the possibility to use a single- or multi- person raft which is towed by a high speed boat.
A hundred metres from the Villa there is a sea skiing training school but one also has the possibility to practice the sea skiing and to rent a ski jet. The area is protected from the north winds and so, even when there are strong winds in the sea, there are no waves near the coast. Far from the coast the strong north winds create excellent circumstances for those experienced in windsurfing. In the summer there are not any south winds in the area. In the winter and the early spring, there are X strong south winds which create the appropriate circumstances for 'those of the windsurfers seeking for more extreme situations. Also, at a distance of thee kilometers from the Villa there is a Horse Riding Association, where horse riding lessons are given and anyone who is already competent, may ride horses offered for renting. Those who like to walk, may walk at the beach with total length of eight (8) klm and reach the Schinias woods. This forest has been nominated a protected area of great natural beauty. On the sand there are very high perennial pine trees. Behind the pine tree forest there is a lake that is also a protected area since rare bird species live there. In the lake, one can do birdwatching. The pine tree forest and the lake are also accessible by car. The swimmers wishing for something wilder than the calm sandy beach in front of the villa, should they continue by car beyond the pine tree forest, will reach an area where abrupt but accessible rocks reach down to the sea which is very deep at that point. So, those who wish, can plunge from high. Also, those who love the mountainous hiking may go up the summit of the mountain Penteli Agriliki (932 m. altitude) that is five kilometers from the Villa. Certainly, those who wish for a most strenuous climbing, can go up to the top of Penteli mountain. The Villa is at a distance of 42 klm from Parthenon, to wit from the city of Athens. For those who do not have a car, there is the possibility to take a bus. The bus stop is at two hundred metres and there is a bus every half an hour. The distance is 37 klm from the international airport of Athens “Eleftherios Venizelos”. At a distance of twenty (20) klm, there is the port of Rafina. The boats for the Aegean Sea islands of Mykonos, Paros, Tinos and others depart from there. Also, there is a frequent communication with the islands that are closer such as Kea, Andros. At half an hour distance from the Villa, there is the Agia Marina port from where many boats depart for Evia Island with the numerous and very beautiful beaches.
