This luxurious and spacious four-bedroom Spanish villa offers golf course views across the fairway, combined with a partially fenced garden area, large swimming pool with shaded terrace, barbecue, upper-level solarium and off road parking for 1 car. It offers many convenient facilities including satellite TV, a garden area, DVD player and air conditioning in the living area.
It is just a two-minute walk from the resort's communal swimming pool (with kids’ pool, Jacuzzi area plus sunbeds payable locally) and the resort’s supermarket, cash point and many restaurants and bars. Situated approximately 10 minutes' drive from the airport and the beach town of Los Alcazares, which offers many shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, the villa is approximately 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The local area, Murcia, offers plenty of activities for villa holidays. The sandy beaches are ideal for watersports enthusiasts and local sports include fishing, sailing, diving, windsurfing, paragliding and swimming. Other activities included cycling, rollerblading and horse riding. Mar Menor's sandy beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow and depths only reach 7m. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade. There are plenty of cafes, tapas bars, palm trees and restaurants found along the beachfront also.
20 minute drive from Murcia city, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants. 20 minute drive to historic Cartegena city 30 minute drive to Cartegena with wonderful historic sites, dining and shopping opportunities. 10 minute drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Approx. 2 hour drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hour drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minute drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks. Approx. 40 minute drive to Terra Natura (zoo and waterpark) outside Murcia. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20-minute drive away.
10 minute drive from the beach at Los Alcazares. 20 minute drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 1 hour drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 20 minute drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).
Golf Guests have access to the resort's 9-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre Golf Resorts (18-hole), El Valle Golf Resort (18-hole), Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.

Further details indoors: The property has 4 bedrooms - the main one (with double bed) on the top floor has its own en suite whilst the two on the first floor share a main bathroom. These bedrooms have a single bed with a pull out mattress underneath to form two single beds. The third bedroom on the ground floor has access to a bathroom with walk in shower so ideal for the elderly or those with walking difficulties. The lounge and kitchen area are air-conditioned and the bedrooms all have fans.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.

All bookings are subject to a £95 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
Please note: Mar Menor is a 9-hole golf resort which is currently being extended to an 18-hole golf resort with additional apartments, there is building work outside the resort perimeter.
In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
