There are three bedrooms. All have ample wardrobe space, security windows and fan lights. Bedroom one has an en-suite facility with a king sized bed. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three has two single beds. A portable cot is available.
The villa has three bathrooms and are tiled in marble and fitted with shower cubicles; the en-suite has a combined bath/shower.. All linen, bedding and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped as would be expected of a luxury villa.
The spacious lounge offers two leather sofas, coffee table, dining table( seating 6 people ) and flat screened cable TV. The room is fully air conditioned. All rooms have central heating.

Outside Casa Jenella has two seating areas; a covered patio with table and chairs to seat six people ( ideal for those lazy lunches or al frresco evening meals ). There is also a large sun terrace accessed off the upper landing. In the villas enclosed patioed garden, you also have your own private pool, it is fully maintained and should always be crystal clear. A typical Spanish BBQ is also provided for your use if required.

A ' Welcome Pack' is provided to start off your holiday in a positive way.
If you would like to book Casa Jenella it couldn't be easier. An initial deposit of £200 ; £50 to secure your booking and the £150 security deposit against damages. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days, if everything is in order, after your stay and on the safe return of the key and security pass.
Conditions
The outstanding balance needs to be paid 6 weeks before your departure.
Cancellation of the booking will result in the initial deposit being non refundable.

The region of the Costa Calida is known as the warm coast because it boasts 320 days of sun a year.Few regions have the good fortune to have two seas. one is a dearly loved sea, historically known, visited and settled, has the name of the Mar Menor; it is the biggest sea lagoon in Europe with a coastline perimeter of 73 kilometres, where beaches of transparent shallow waters appear one after the other and it is ideal for young children as there are no currents or waves. and then we have the Mediterranean Sea.This is a paradise for all water sports. For those who enjoy walking or cycling, there are palmed promenades where you can stop off, now and again, for tapas and some local wines.
The whole region of Murcia offere a whole range of tourist and leisure possibilities to be explored.... Inland you can visit the city of Murcia, with its famous cathedral facade, one of the finest examples of Baroque in Spain; its casino or its many squares where you can sit, take a drink, relax and let the world go by...
Further round the coast is Categena town, this is well worth a visit with its trendy shops, bars and restaurants. The historic port offers a slower pace of life; where boat trips around the harbour can be taken.
A night is magical on the Mar Menor and as such has to be lived. A good start would be to have dinner at one of the many restaurants serving typical dishes before going on to one of the numerous festivals or concerts that are scheduled in different places around the Mar Menor.Quite nights can be had strolling along the beautiful promanades and calling in to the open air bars found along your route. Take in an open air cinema if stolling seems too energetic a passtime. If, on the other hand, you want to live the night, then that starts with much enthusiasm in the leisure areas; were like minded people get together to have their first drinks and after on to the discos. The majority of wich are open air, or perhaps you would like to try your luck at the casinp....If the night has gone well and you want to see the new day, you can enjoy it by bathing in the tranquil waters of the Mar Menor, enjoying an unequaled dawn, watching the sun come up with the thin strip of La Manga painted on the horizon.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
Casa Jenella is situated on a private 5* golf development with 24 hour security and is only five minutes away from the nearest coastal town, Alcazares. It boasts wide avenues and streets and numerous parks and green spaces. Among the outstanding facilities that form part of this exclusive complex is a golf course designed, in a combined effort, by Jack Nicholas and Dave Thomas; a club house with its own bars and restaurant. the resort lhas its own sports centre, housing a gym, tennis court, hair salon and medical centre; as well as outdoor swimming pools. At the resorts heart is a 5* Intercontinental hotel with its own bars, restaurants and a wonderful Spa for the ladies to pamper themselves.
The golf is excellent and the Mar Menor course is beautifully maintained and challenging. It is part of the 'Bear Trail' named after Jack Nicholas himself who has developed a four Polaris golf courses you can presently play on. Mar Menor; La Torre; El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. Three other courses are being developed La Loma; Las Terrazas and Condado de Alhama ( boasting three courses ). A free coach leaves the Mar Menor resort at various times of the day to take golfers to the other Polaris courses. There are numerous other courses in close proximity to the resort. All of them offer different challenges and will be an excellent test of your golfing skills.

The nearest airport is Murcia ( San Javier ) this is only 15 minutes away . Whilst Alicante airport can be reached in 50 minutes. Many low cost airlines now fly into Murcia and have some incredible deals if you book early. I would recommend hiring a car as the region has some beautiful scenery and numerous places of interest to visit.. Full travelling instructions will be sent to you with the keys to the Casa Jenella a couple of weeks before you depart.

The Villa has all the comforts of home with the addition of wall to wall sunshine ,situated in a lovely part of Spain on an excellent complex which includes a golf course and a 5 star spa hotel.. The Mar Menor area is quiet and the beaches are clean safe and unspoilt. Plenty of places to visit nearby and car hire is a must., Eating out is very reasonable especially the Chinese Wok Buffees not to be missed. An extremely enjoyable relaxing holiday, just what the doctor ordered. |

The villa is located about 15 minures drive from Murcia Airport (which is served by most UK airlines ) or 40 minutes from Alicante. It is a short drive to the Mar Menor beach, which is an excellent child friendly lagoon with warm water and good beach facilities for day time or evening restaurants. The Manga Strip is also only short distance, worth a visit as one side is lagoon and the other is the beach of the Med coast. The villa itself is like home from home and is furnished to a high standard. The villa book was of particular help with lots of information about the complex and the local area and about the villa itself. We really like the layout of the property in particular the outdoor eating area and pool and there was nothing we disliked. Not sure about wi-fi internet connection. The golf resort where it is located also boasts a five star hotel, tennis coaching, communal pool which was not really busy on the occasions we were there- you could always rent a sunbed and the pool restaurant food was very good. We would give this villa five stars the same as the golf resort where it is located. |
