A great place to go on holiday. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. Enjoy the private heated pool in the large rear garden, sun bathe on the new terrace arround the pool and dine alfresco on the patio. On site there is a 5 star intercontinental hotel, an 18 hole golf course, driving range and putting green, gym. spa, tennis, table-tennis, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
Just 10 minutes away are the unspoilt sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. Why not hire a boat or go on a fishing trip? If you fancy a day out shopping, the cities of Cartegena and Murcia are closeby as are a number of Spanish markets.
Meanwhile for the golfers there is a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole golf course on site and at least 8 other championship courses just a short drive away.

The villa is beautifully furnished to the highest standard with original Spanish paintings and good quality furniture. All linen and bath towels are provided.
One of the twin bedrooms is on the ground floor and suitable for elderly or infirm guests who cannot manage stairs and there is shower room adjacent to this bedroom which has recently been refurbished.
There is also a cot, high chair and baby gate if needed.
The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses, dinner ware and cutlery for our guests. There is a dining table which seats 8 comfortably and also another table and 8 chairs outside if you wish to eat on the terrace.
Fully air-conditioned throughout the villa has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another double bedroom and two twin rooms, not to mention satellite TV with many english channels, Xbox and internet access.

The garden at the rear of the property is partly grass with a newly laid large patio area surroundng the large heated pool as well as a shletered terrace and additional shaded dining area which sits 8 comfortably and large brick built barbecue.
The garden is mature and well screened with hedges and trees to ensure your privacy and it is not overlooked by any other properties. At the back of the garden is open grass land and at the front of the property there is a pretty square with feature fountain.
There is off road parking at the side of the villa.

The Costa Calida region
The Costa Calida is one of the most beautiful regions in southern Spain. Indeed it is the area where many Spanish holiday makers choose to visit for there vacations.
There are many excellent sandy beaches to visit and the still waters of the Mar Menor are warmer than the sea on either side of the lagoon. Ideal for young families, as the beaches are equipped with children's play frames, showers, toilets, bars and restaurants.
Those of you who like water sports will not be disappointed with jet skiing, windsurfing, sailing, snorkeling and scuba diving, all available in the area.
The historical cities of Cartegena and Murcia are fantastic places to visit with wonderful shopping centres as well as cultural buildings. The smaller Spanish villages nearby have local markets which are great places to browse around and buy your holiday momentos and gifts for friends and family.
Nearby in San Pedro del Pinatar there is a famous nature reserve and salt flats which are well worth a visit. As is trying out the natural holistic clay therapy in the lagoon there.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort area
The Mar Menor Golf Resort is a fully established five star holiday resort with all amenities within walking distance of the villa. On site there is a golf club with nine hole golf course, putting green and driving range, five star hotel with ESPA spa, pool and gym facilities. Communal pool (open in summer season), choice of restaurants and bars, live entertainment, tennis court, table tennis, pool table and internet access.
Just ten minutes drive from the local beaches, which are ideal for young families with children's play frames, showers, toilets, bars and restaurants. Flights to Murcia airport are available from most budget airlines including Easyjet and Ryanair and the transfer time to the villa from Murcia airport is only 10 minutes by car.
Alternatively you can fly to Alicante airport and the transfer time by car from this airport is about 1 hour. Victoria cars are on sight at the airport and generally offer the best prices if you book in advance.

We stayed for two weeks in this lovely villa, it was veryspacious and spotlessly clean. There is everything there you need for a home from home holiday with the added benefit of the weather and a fantastic heated pool. It is very easy to reach from the airport, we hired a car which enabled us to go out and about, but it would be possible to holiday without as there is an adequate supermarket on the resort as well as bars and restaurants. If you wish a mid stay towel and linen change, you will need to notify the company who look after the property for the owners. We had a wonderful stay here and would definately return. |
