Perfect for young families - we have all the essentials required for babies and young children in the best location on the resort! We couldn't be better placed to offer you a relaxing enjoyable holiday.
We are located on the private quiet tree-lined square with a water fountain, behind the supermarket and adjacent to the resort social club area, 5* hotel, tennis court, gym and the resorts main swimming pool. Stroll over the 70 yards for your fresh bread in the morning or for a drink or a meal at night to the hotel or resort bars.
For child safety and peace of mind, we specifically have chosen not to install a private pool. The main resort pool which has a lifeguard is at the social club beside the supermarket.
Our private enclosed garden offers a secure environment for young children and our villa comes with many children's toys and DVDs.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida has it all. Miles of excellent beaches, little coastal towns and ports. And incredible weather averaging 320 days of sunshine per year.
The beautiful town of Cartagena (15 mins from resort) and city of Murcia (30 mins from resort) - are worth a visit for both their history and shopping.
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
The resort is tree lined immaculately kept community, with 24 hour security and all the amenities that you require on site.
Los Alcazares is the closest beach and is only a 5 minute drive away - it has relaxed town square complete with numerous excellent restaurants and bars. The area has a high number of stunning and challenging golf courses.

By Air - Ryanair to Murcia airport from Birmingham, Bournemouth, East Midlands, Glasgow, Liverpool, London Luton, London Stansted.
BMI to Murcia from Birmingham, Cardiff.

This is baby and child friendly villa - with all necessities included e.g. Steriliser, toys, Travel cots, cot bedding and high chair. We also have two sets of right hand golf clubs and a gents and ladies mountain bikes - which can be rented for an additional fee.
We accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euros. 10% Discount for return guests. Reduced rates for longer term lets.
End of holiday clean is payable locally - typical cost is €90 and a mid stay clean/linen change for 1+ week stays can be provided at a cost of €50.
A £200 deposit is required when booking to confirm. Full rental cost is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday plus a security deposit of £250. The £250 security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your holiday providing our keyholder confirms that the Villa and its contents are in good order and all keys are returned.
Cancellation costs:- 8 weeks before your holiday - Loss of deposit, 4-8 weeks - 50% rental cost, 2 - 4 weeks 75% of rental cost, less than 2 weeks - loss of rental cost.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. There is a free safe to keep your valuables secure during your stay. A €20, (£15) deposit will be refunded on return of the key to our key holders.
