Our stunning villa is based on the 5 star Polaris World Golf Resort as advertised on TV. The villa has 2 bedrooms along with a chair bed for a 5th person and a travel cot for younger guests. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard - as a home and not as a rental property. The private SOUTH facing garden is fully enclosed and landscaped with it's own private swimming pool. It also has a newly tiled and glazed in terrace with sliding patio doors. The villa's garden is the perfect place to laze and chill out in. Our villa is suitable for families and golfers and is close to the 5 star residents social club along with communal pool, bars and restaurants. **Recently decorated for 2009**

Costa calida known as ( Warm Coast ) . 315 days of sunshine a year. 253 km of coastline stretches from Mohen Beach near Alicante as far as la caroline Beach near Almeria. Plenty to do and see including beaches, coves, harbours, local history and places of interest. Visit Cartegena, Murcia and Alicante which are all within easy distance.

"I spent a fantastic week at the villa in February 2009. I travelled alone with the intention to have a relaxing week playing golf - I was really impressed with the quality of the villa. It was very comfortably furnished with everything that I could have needed, was really clean and the pool area was a great bonus. The location was nice and quiet but only a couple of minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and golf clubhouse, so very convenient.
