Our stunning villa is based on the 5 star Polaris World Golf Resort as advertised on TV. The villa has 2 bedrooms along with a chair bed for a 5th person and a travel cot for younger guests. Our villa is furnished to a very high standard - as a home and not as a rental property. The private garden is fully enclosed and landscaped with it's own private swimming pool. It also has a newly tiled and glazed in terrace with sliding patio doors. The villa's garden is the perfect place to laze and chill out in. Our villa is suitable for families and golfers and is close to the 5 star residents social club along with communal pool, bars and restaurants.

Costa calida known as ( Warm Coast ) . 315 days of sunshine a year. 253 km of coastline stretches from Mohen Beach near Alicante as far as la caroline Beach near Almeria. Plenty to do and see including beaches, coves, harbours, local history and places of interest. Visit Cartegena, Murcia and Alicante which are all within easy distance.
