This luxury 3 bed villa offers a private south-facing garden and pool (7 x 4m) with a hydro massage spa in a superb location on a secure 5 star golf resort, just 5kms away from a safe, sandy, family-friendly beach of the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt water lagoon.
The property sleeps up to six people and has three bedrooms. Mar Menor Golf Resort is a self-contained 'gated' resort with Mediterranean-style villas, townhouses and apartments. It is kept in a modern style with comfortable furnishings throughout, satellite TV and air conditioning in the lounge and fans in the bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a lovely, well tended, mature garden with plenty of flowers and greenery.
The resort also has a nine-hole golf course (being extended to 18-holes), the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, on-site supermarket, range of restaurants and bars, a luxury spa, gym, tennis court and communal resort pool. The resort is the first of seven new Polaris World Golf Resorts being built in the Murcia area.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Ideal for holiday rentals, the local area offers plenty of sandy beaches and is ideal for watersports enthusiasts. Local sports include fishing, sailing, windsurfing and swimming. Other activities included cycling and horse riding. Mar Menor's beach is also ideal for families as the water is calm, warm and shallow. Walking is also popular along the beach promenade.
Beaches and waterparks: 10 minutes' drive from the beach at Los Alcazares. 20 minutes' drive from La Manga Strip. Approx. 1 hours' drive to Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm and many other waterparks in the Alicante area including Aqualandia. Approx. 20 minutes' drive from Torrevieja Aquopolis (waterpark open between 8 June to 31 August).
Guests have access to the resort's 9-hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. There are many other courses in the area including La Torre Golf Resorts (18 hole), Mosa Trajectum, Torre Pacheco, La Finca and Las Ramblas. La Manga Golf Resort is also approx. 20 minutes' drive.
Places of interest: 20 minutes' drive from Murcia city, which offers fantastic nightlife, shopping and restaurants. 10 minutes' drive from Mar Menor/Los Alcazares (beach) which also offers many tapas bars, restaurants, shops, banks and supermarkets. Approx. 2 hours' drive to Granada and the Alhambra Palace. Approx. 3.5 hours' drive to Madrid. Approx. 45-50 minutes' drive to Alicante, well know for it's popular water and theme parks. A local shopping complex called 'Dos Mares' with an enormous supermarket, many restaurants and a cinema is 20 minute drive away.

A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £20 each a week. Additional children's accessories such as stair gates and car seats are also available to hire on request.
A welcome pack for Sunday and late arrivals can also be arranged on request, please ask for details.
All bookings are subject to a £75 cleaning/laundry fee. Towels and linen are included. If a cleaner is required during your stay this can be arranged and is payable locally. Please note: towels are for villa use only, guests should bring their own beach towels.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. £100 non refundable deposit, per week is required to hold the property. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Weekend and shorter golf breaks are welcome at our nightly rate (depending on season) plus a standard cleaning fee. These may not be available during the busy summer season and are limited to 2 – 4 night stays.
Check-in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 11am on the day of departure. Late checkout can be requested at an additional charge but is subject to availability.
No single sex groups under 21 are allowed. All non UK bookings are subject to a £15 bank transfer fee.
Please note: Mar Menor is a 9-hole golf resort which is currently being extended to an 18-hole golf resort with additional apartments, there is building work outside the resort perimeter.
The hot tub can be heated for an additional charge of £45 per week.
In addition, a separate £200 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable, providing there is no damage during your stay.
