Beautiful luxury villa with private pool and large sun terraces at ground and first floor level. It is in a prime position on Polaris World, Mar Menor Golf resort (as seen on TV) and overlooks the 9 hole golf course at the 3rd tee. The villa is south facing with sun on the terrace for most of the day. It is a short walk (3 mins) to the residents social club where you will find a beautiful communal pool, children's pool, restaurant, piano bar, hairdressers, medical centre, gym and supermarket and 5* Hotel. The villa is furnished in a modern and stylish way and has 3 double bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the lounge, to sleep 8. Fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, Cable television and DVD player.There is a travel cot, baby high chair and stair gates if required. There is also an additional fold-up single bed. The property is fenced to ensure privacy and safety for the private swimming pool.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Claida is renowned for being one of the healthiest places to live. There are the healing properties of the salt waters of the Mar Menor and the mud baths at Lo pagan. The safe and warm waters of the Mar Menor are rich in minerals and have health giving properties. Virtually all of the beaches along the Costa Calida are blue flag rated. The vast majority are sandy beaches but there are pebbled beaches and rocky alcoves for those who prefer to indulge in snorkelling and diving. Los Alcazares is a typical Spanish town which holds two street markets twice a week and has some excellent restaurants offering local produce. The Costa Calida enjoys a perfect climate all year round with over 320 days of sunshine at an average termperature of 21C.
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
The 9 hole championship golf course was designed by Dave Thomas and is being extended to 18 holes. There are 7major golf courses in the area including Hacienda de Alamo, Mosa Trajectum and La Manga Club. The resort Social Club has a large communal pool and toddlers pool with bar and restaurant. It also boasts a Piano bar open every evening, restaurant, hairdressers, medical centre, gym and supermarket. The 5* Hotel complex also has additional bars and restaurants for residents. The city of Murcia is 30 minutes drive away and the historic Roman town of Cartagena is 20 minutes drive.
How to get there
Fly to Murcia (San Javier) airport just 7 km from the resort. Alicante is about 45 minutes drive. Cheap flights available from Ryanair and Flybe to Murcia and all other airlines to Alicante. Car hire is easily available, booked in advance on the internet and pick up at both airports. Full travel details of how to reach the villa will be sent with your booking.

Further details indoors: Air conditioning (ground floor) and central heating are included in the price. We have a strict no smoking policy in the house but there are two terraces outside should clients wish to smoke. Towels and linen are supplied including beach / swimming towels. The telephone can only take internal calls to the site or incoming calls. Cable television is included covering most English channels and Sky Sports.
Further details outdoors: The private pool area is equipped with sun loungers and the downstairs terrace has a large table and six chairs. The upstairs terrace has a small table and 4 chairs. A barbeque is provided for outside cooking. The property is fenced with a gate to ensure privacy. The property is front line golf and is therefore not overlooked by other houses.
