Luxury Villa Mar Menor Golf Resort Polaris with X-LARGE Garden & Private Pool as seen on TV. VILLA SUNRAY is situated on the famous Polaris World, Mar Menor Golf Resort . The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine microwave, etc.

A large lounge with corner unit settee & 6 seating dining table, TV with English TV Stations BBC1, ITV and more, which then leads, via patio doors, to a covered patio/sun terrace with a further Dining table (to seat 6) and a lounge garden swing & another round table overlooking Large Private Pool with one of the Largest Private enclosed gardens on the complex lawned with trees and plants Inside the wrought iron staircase leads up to 3 good-sized bedrooms, which all have fitted wardrobes.

One has a double bed (& is en suite) the other two have twin beds all bedrooms have air conditioning & Ceiling fans The landing area leads onto a large sun terrace, which has sun beds table & chairs all bathrooms are tiled in marble with shower facilities (2 with baths) villa includes air conditioning check out our website details at bottom of page villa also has a safe 2 bedrooms also have televisions.

“an average villa” Location wise this villa was a good 10 mins walk (with 2 children and a stroller) to the shop which was adequate. The villa itself could do with a tidy up inside and out and some items could do with replacing or fixing (ie the washing line, sofas were a bit 'tired'). The pool was great as was the mature gardens but it would have been nice to have someone come round to give it a clear out in the 7 day period we stayed. All in not the best villa we have stayed in (and we have travelled to Murcia approx 8 times now) but average. Response: thanks so much for the review we cant understand why you thought there was a problem with walking to the shop which for most normal people is only 5 mins away and as for the supermarket being adequate thats what a resort supermarket should be unless of course you want a villa next to a giant supermarket maybe one in there car park ! in 7 years we have never had a problem with any guests and have bookings in advance for the next 5 years and in fact on most rental websites the villa comes out on top always as well as having lots of guests returning each year

“Grest Break” Got back yesterday, had a lovely time again at Villa Sunray. Immaculate as ever, well maintained and cosy. Lots of space outside; in the sun and in the shade when it gets too hot. Loved the aircon in the bedrooms, really useful for the girls doing their hair to keep cool. A little too noisy to keep on all night - so we didn't. Liked the satellite TV, useful for keeping up to date with the latest in the Euro 2012 games. Needless to say my Father in Law (now 76) loved it as usual, so no doubt we'll be back. Response: thanks for review hope to see you again next year
