About the home

Luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in a peaceful location, but ideally situated for easy access to local restaurants, bars and some stunning beaches only 5 minutes drive. Villa is situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, as advertised on television by Jack Nicklaus. Air conditioned in main areas and central heating for all year use, with its own swimming pool. Private Sun terrace and large covered patio as well private garden. The villa has 2 TV's with most English channels, including Sky Sports. Also there is a Playstation 2 with numerous games and an iPOD docking station.
The Sports/social club is now open with a restaurant, bar, medical centre, gym, tennis court, hairdresser, wonderful swimming pool, with children's pool and minimarket shop. The 5* Intercontinental hotel is on site. Gated complex, with full 24 hour security, extremely safe for families.

The Costa Calida region

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is located in one of the most beautiful regions of Spain, set in an idyllic environment and enjoying a perfect climate all year round, with over 300 days of sunshine at an average temperature of 21C.

The golf resort lies along 253KM of stunning Mediterranean coast known as the Costa Calida with is only 10 minutes from San Javier Airport, or 40 minutes from Alicante Airport.

The Costa Calida is renowned as the “Garden of Europe” because of its lush landscapes, fertile vineyards combined with lemon and orange groves. It also hosts a selection of outstanding local produce which is readily available in local restaurants.
Glorious sandy beaches are easily reached by car (5Km) and they are the regions top attraction. The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe, where the local beaches have achieved the Q award for quality and cleanliness.

The Villa is situated on an exclusive and stunning 18 hole championship golf course designed by Dave Thomas.
Alternatively you may wish to play various other golf courses in the area, of which there are 7 major complexes, including the La Manga Club, being one of the most exclusive and popular golf resorts in Europe . (15 minutes by car)

Water Sports include, jet skiing, sailing, diving and snorkeling.
