Situated on the gated community of Mar Menor Golf Resort, with the 5* Intercontinental Hotel & Spa within the complex and other luxurious facilities for use. The 9 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course is currently being extended to an 18 hole and there many other courses in the immediate area. Local to the resort are Villamartin and La Manga these are 20-40 mins drive.
The villa is four bedroom,has a en suite,main bathroom and shower room,all bedrooms have double beds and air conditioning.The villa provides private garden with pool,sunbed and dining areas.The house has 2 terraces,one off the master bedroom with great views of the course.
There is a tennis court, supermarket , gym, restaurant, swimming pool, bars, kids clubs and activities and much more in the clubhouse and is free to guests staying at the villa. The supermarket sells a variety of produce and bakes bread and pastries on the premises daily. They also sell English newspapers, books and magazines.
There is a restaurant in the clubhouse plus two and pool restaurant in the hotel on the resort but a short drive into the seaside town of Los Alcazares and there are many more to choose from.
Airports are both close, Murcia a 10 minute drive with Alicante 50 min drive.

Situated in Costa Calida where the historical and cultural cities of Murcia and Cartagena are situated.
Los Alcazares is a typically spanish town located next to the shores of the Mar Menor, which is a salt water lagoon that is is said to have healing properties and is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth!
The area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year with an average daily temperature of 21 degrees c.
Visit the natural mud baths at San Pedro del Pinatar, the fishing village of Cabo de Palos The coastline has many blue flag beaches.
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
Los Alcazares is the nearest beach and is just 5 mins by car, here you will find the Yacht club and many restaurants and tapas bars. The golf courses in the area are; La Torre, Roda, La Manga, Campomoar, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Mosa Trajectum, Altorreal, Hacienda del Alamo, La Serena, Los Alcazares and many that are still under construction.
In Murcia, the new water park and animal safari park Terra Mitica is now open.

Further details indoors: We also have a travel cot in the house. Tennis court and Gym are shared on site. We have a babysafe gate around the pool this can be put up before guests arrive and is easy to take down.
