A fantasitc located spacious3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with large private pool suitable for families and groups.
A fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The large lounge has 2 sofas and a dining area comfortably seating six people. It has 3 double bedrooms, the master bedroom has on en suite, then there is a separate bathroom and a downstairs shower room.

There are tennis courts, supermarket , gym, restaurants, swimming pools, bars, kids clubs and activities and much more all on site. The gym and swimming pool in the clubhouse is free to guests. The supermarket sells a variety of produce and bakes bread and pastries on the premises daily. They also sell English newspapers, books and magazines.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Resort is surrounded by countryside and beautiful mountains. The town of Torre Pacheco is 3 km away, typically Spanish with quaint squares and a wealth of restaurants and bars to try. The coastal town of Los Alcazares is 7km away with everything a holiday town has to offer. There are numerous beach bars and restaurants where you can enjoy tapas or excellent meals and 2 weekly markets for browsing and getting that bargain. You can walk along the beautiful promenade with views over the Mar Menor to La Manga on the other side. Fishing boats and miles of sandy beaches complete the picture. Nearby, both Cartagena & Murcia are well worth a visit. In short it is a place which has something to offer all that appreciate luxury.
The World Health Organisation classifies this part of Spain as the healthiest in Europe with approx 300 days of sun and 2800 hours of sunshine which equates to around 9 hours a day of beautiful blue skies, warm days and fire red sunsets

Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

Mar Menor Golf Resort is a luxury 5 star resort with an Intercontinental Hotel. The resort has every facility one expects from a luxury resort, exceptional restaurants, and bars. 24 hour security, medical facilities, supermarket, hairdressers etc all on site.
Los Alcazares has some of the best restaurants around. From La Encarnación, on the sea front where time seems to have stopped. It is a spa hotel built in 1904 with the most beautiful walled courtyard full of plants and flowers and shaded in the heat of the day. In the summer they have live music to dance the night away with the sea two paces away. The food matches the ambiance. Ramon´s on the High Street is famous for its tapas and its seafood. The menu of the day is great. Roblemar also has magnificent fish. We also have Italian, Chinese, Indian, Mexican in fact Los Alcazares has food to tempt anyone.
The fiestas are well worth looking out for. The Spanish have a real joy for life which is bourne out by their colourful and impressive fiestas. In January there is the Carnival to look forward to. At Easter the whole area is a must from the Medieval Fair in Los Alcazares to the pageant of the Easter parades in Cartagena and in most of the surrounding towns. The rest of the year has the festival of the Moors and the Christians and each towns own fiesta.

Golf Information:- This is a private Dave Thomas 9 hole par 36 golf course which is played twice. You must have a maximum handicap of 28 for men and 36 for ladies. HANDICAP certificates are obligatory, as are proper dress and footwear. The course is reasonably flat but buggies are available. The lakes and large sand traps make it challenging. The course is kept in excellent condition. They are starting to add another 9 holes in 2007.

How to get there

Murcia - San Javier airport is an approx 10-15 minute drive away from the resort & Alicante airport is approx 50 minutes drive.
Many budget airlines now fly into Murcia.
Car hire is available from both airports.

Downstairs, the rooms are air-conditioned & ceiling fans for the summer (ceiling fans are fitted in all bedrooms), there is full gas fired central heating throughout the villa for the winter and those chilly spring and autumn evenings.

The villa features its own private pool, with ground and first floor sun terraces. The garden to the rear of the villa, where the pool is situated.

The rear garden is enclosed with fencing for privacy and as a precaution to keep wandering tots & young children safer, also to stop anyone taking an 'unplanned' swim in the pool.

Further details

A deposit of £200 is required to secure booking. This deposit will be returned within approx 14 days of departure, following a damage & breakage check by the key-holders.
Check in is at 16.00 & check out is at 10.00 am on day of departure, but every effort will be made to allow clients to stay in the property for as long as possible.... we recommend that to gaurantee a 'late check out' to book an extra night.
Rental rates are to be paid in cash (euros only) on arrival to the key-holder.
'Airport Transfers' can be arranged from both Alicante & Murcia (San Javier) airports - prices on request.
If making your own way to the Resort a small fee will be charged for Meet & Greet (key handover).
'Welcome Pack Shopping List' available - prices on request.
