The villa is furnished to a very high standard and enjoys air conditioning, central heating and sky tv. The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Mar Menor Golf Resort is located close to Murcia airport and is perfect for breaks from the UK.
It is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and numerous golf course including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Manga, Hacienda del Alamo, Peraleja, El Valle, Mosa Trajectum and La Torre, which are all with a 30 minute drive. There are many small towns around the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades
