Home description
The villa with golf course views is a spacious luxurious holiday home which will accommodate 6 people, it is fully serviced with air conditioning, and central heating to every room. The generous kitchen/dining room layout comprises a fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Bed 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suite toilet/shower room. Bed 2 & 3 have either a double bed or two single beds both having fitted wardrobes and are opposite to a second toilet/bathroom. The large lounge has a L shape leather sofa with 42” Plasma Satellite TV, this room also has a 3rd toilet / shower room. The patio features a second dining area with a BBQ overlooks the enclosed garden and the beautiful, large private heated pool. Terra Mitica : is a fun filled day out for all the family and is defiantly worth a visit. It has a range of rides for all the family and thrill seeking ones of the more adventures, be prepared to get wet!!! There are shows and street entertainers throughout the day to keep you entertained. Terra Natura Murcia : is split in to three different area, the Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya, and an area that replicates the Iberian flora and fauna plus a small aquapark with water slides etc. You can take safari type rides in land rovers through the 'African Savannah' in order to see the animals in their natural habitat: lions, hippos and other roaming animals.
Terra Natura Benidorm : is split in to five different areas, America, Asia, Europe, Mare Nostrum and Pangea. Through your journey you will see how the animals live in there natural habitat and discover the people and places. There are also various shows and entertainers along you journey to keep you entertained. There are a variety of cafes selling various foods. Mare Nostrum is where the aqua park area is located, this is open in the summer months.
Aqualandia : offers a full day out for all the family and is one of the largest aqua parks in Spain. It has water rides for all ages. There is a children's water Adventureland that has numerous slides and activities. For the adults there is a selection of more daring rides. Booking notes £100 deposit, per week, is required to hold the villa. Full payment should be made eight weeks before arrival. Check in is at 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is at 11am on the day of departure, this can be discussed. Security deposit In addition, a separate £250 security deposit is required when booking. Please note: your security deposit is fully refundable within seven days after your holiday, providing there is no damage during your stay. If you require the pool to be heated there is an additional charge of £100 per week. A high chair and cot can be provided on request, starting from £10 a week. Cleaning charge is standard on all properties at a charge of £90.
