Beautifully designed and perfectly situated 3 bedroomed 3 bathroom detached Villa with private pool, full air con, c/heating and secluded gardens on the 5 star exclusive 'Polaris World' Mar Menor Golf Resort. The Villa is furnished to a high standard and comes fully equipped to ensure both families and golfers have an enjoyable and relaxing holiday with plenty in the surrounding area to do and see during your stay.

The downstairs dining terrace and roof terrace are ideal for al fresco dining, breakfasts or drinks in the warm balmy Spanish nights. 3 mins walk to all amenities including including the 5* Intercontinental Hotel offering restaurants, bars and the luxurious ESPA Spa, pool, and poolside bar. Paddle courts, supermarket and cash point are also central. Los Alcazares is only 10 minutes drive and has many 'Blue Flag' white sandy beaches. The resorts Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole golf course is a 5 minute walk.

Full air conditioning and central heating throughout the Villa are included in the price. The kitchen comes fully equipped including ample work surfaces and storage space. The lounge is spacious and comfortable. Internal telephone system for free calls within the resort complex and can accept national and international calls. We have a strict no smoking policy in the Villa. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, fully fitted wardrobes and individual hair dryers.

The Costa Calida region

The World Health Organisation classes the Cost Calida as one of the healthiest places in Europe with approx 320 days of sunshine per year giving plenty of beautiful sunny days, blue skies and spectacular sunsets.

The salt and mineral rich waters of the Mar Menor are renowned for their healing properties and the mud baths at Lo Pagan are a must. The warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor offer safe bathing for all ages with the soft sandy beaches declared 'Blue Flag'. The mediterranean is just the other side of the Mar Menor strip, offering many beach sports. Murcia city itself is a wealth of fine architecture, alongside a comprehensive and cosmopolitan shopping centre. For our younger guests the 'Aquapolis' Water Park is an approx 40 mins drive north of the resort. The local town of Los Alcazares is a bustling beach town with an ample array of shops, bars, markets and restaurants.

For the golfer as well as the resort's fine 18 hole course there are several excellent golf courses in the area, making up the 'Polaris World' Jack Nicklaus 'Bear Trail'. These are within a 35km radius of the complex and a bus service is provided to take you to whichever course you fancy playing that day. The reduced fees offered as guests at the Mar Menor Resort are available at all Polaris courses. The world famous 'La Manga Club' is an approx 25 min drive. A handicap certificate must be produced before you are allowed to play the courses.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort area

The Mar Menor Resort is a luxury 5 star resort which includes an imposing 5 star 'Intercontinental' hotel. This boasts several fine restaurants and bars. At a nominal cost payable at the hotel, our guests are able to use the stunning outdoor pool, indoor pool and the excellent 'Espa' Spa. A brochure of the Spa treatments can be provided before your holiday.

The resort has excellent facilities expected of a 5 star destination including exceptional restaurants and bars, 24 hr security, medical facilities, health club, hairdressers, bank and supermarket etc.

The complex and surrounding area are very flat enabling our not too mobile guests easy access to all the amenities.

Low cost airlines fly direct into St Javier ( Airport code MJV), which is approx 15 mins drive to the Resort and many fly into Alicante which is approx 45 mins drive from the resort.
Car hire from either airport can be easily booked on line and directions to the Villa will be sent with your booking confirmation. We can arrange transport from and back to either airport.

“Wonerful holiday” Myself, my wife and three daughters, stayed in Sue and Kev's villa in the Mar Menor resort for 10 nights in mid July. The standard of the accomodation was excellent. The Villa had everything you could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The outside area and pool were fantastic and the kids really had a great time. The villa is well located within the resort, close to the shop and bar. Sue and Kev were very professional and helpful in all their dealings with us.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Week-end rates and extra nights are available. 10% Discount for return guests. Reduced rates for longer term lets. A £200 deposit is required when booking to confirm. Full rental cost is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday plus a security deposit of £250. The £250 security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of the end of your holiday providing our keyholder confirms that the Villa and it's contents are in good order and all keys are returned. Cancellation costs:- 8 weeks before your holiday - Loss of deposit, 4-8 weeks - 50% rental cost, 2 - 4 weeks 75% of rental cost, less than 2 weeks - loss of rental cost.

A mid-holiday linen change is included in the price for holidays of 2 weeks or more. Free welcome food pack provided. Extra cleaning/linen change can be provided at additional cost.

Travel style cot, cot bedding and high chair are provided free if required.

All linen, towels and pool towels are provided. There is a free safe to keep your valbles secure during your stay. A €20, (£15) deposit will be refunded on return of the key to our keyholders.

We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GB pounds or Euros.
