Within 1 minutes walk from the first tee, driving range and all facilities, this superb 3 bedroom villa offers luxury family accommodation.The main bedroom has en suite with bath and shower and a further two double bedrooms provide accommodation for 6 people. There are a furhter 2 shower rooms. Spacious lounge area with 32" flat screen television and DVD. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outdoor eating area and private swimming pool as well as larger than average garden.

The towns and beaches in proximity to the Mar Menor Golf Resort are as yet undiscovered by the masses and so you can enjoy getting away from hustle and bustle.The area offers great visits to beautiful Murcia city, the roman town of Cartegena, the famous La Manga resort and is close to both Murcia and Alicante airports.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

Mar Menor Golf resort offers a secure villa complex situated around a par 72, 18 hole golf course 5km inland. , while there are around 15 other golf courses in proximity.There are 2 other coarses within 5 mins drive.
The resort itself has a free communal swimming pool complex, a bar, restaurant, gym and hairdressers. There is an onsite 5* hotel 1 minute walk from the villa with further restaurants and bars and a spa, all of which are accessible to villa renters.

The resort is very peaceful and secure with gated access and security patrols 24 hours. It is also quiet and safe, making an excellent family holiday for golfers and none golfers
There are festivals throughout the year, and a market is held nearly every day of the week in one of the towns nearby. The beaches are a 5 minute drive. Golden sands and shallow warm water.

Murcia San Javier is the closest airport only 10 mins drive,Alicante airport is 45 mins drive both
situated near to the AP7 motorway.
From San Javier join the AP7 to Cartegena,Loz Alcazares. After 2 junctions take exit to Torre Pacheco,
Los Alcazares central. Turn right to Torre Pacheco,and straight on over 2 islands.
Turn right when a red and wihite hotel is in front to the left, to Pozo Aledo, (Mar Menor) also.
500 yards on your left is the enterance.
Drive straight down the main driveway and bare right at hotel island.Follow the road around past
the the club house on left ,turn right at next island and the villa is in front of of you.
