This stunning apartment is brand new and is located in the Mar Menor Golf Resort, with stunning views of the golf course. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for a perfect relaxing holiday.
There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a very bright, good sized balcony. This apartment is ideal for both families and small groups of golfers looking for a self catering holiday.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD and satellite TV. The lounge has large patio doors that lead to the balcony that overlooks the pool and golf course.
The local towns are on very short distance as well as the famous sandy beaches.

"Beautiful apartment, ideal position - great holiday!"
We arrived at Polaris World to be greeted by the wonderful Jac who drove us round to our apartment. The apartment itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and very modern. It is positioned with a view to the very nice communal pool (which even in august was like having a private pool as hardly anyone in it - in fact the children seemed quite taken aback if someone arrived to use it!) We were within a short walk to the shop and hotel too. I cant wait to go back to this apartment with my family and also for a short break with friends as it would suit both. Highly recommended and Bianca was most helpful from the initial enquiry. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

I was really looking forward to the holiday here with my wife and brother after a family bereavement. The apartment itself was lovely and spotless. However, the boiler was poor. We had to stagger our showers. If we took them at the same time the water was cold. When I alerted the estate agent, he said, "All the apartments, unfortunately have that problem." Lucky there was only three of us as this would have been an even bigger issue for a family of 6. If you are paying for a luxury apartment you expect more. Furthermore, the air-conditioning didn't work for 9 days of our holiday, and were offered poor, inappropriate compensation for the price we paid for a "luxury" apartment - a free round of golf ( two out of the three residents don't play golf or offering to move us on the penultimate day of our holiday!) The latter would have been more hassle. The Polaris World resort itself appeared to be unfinished, and was very very quiet, even at night. There wasn't a lot on the resort in terms of entertainment, shops etc. We were glad we had car hire. Don't think we'll be back!
The water heater capacity in the apartments in this resort is 80 liters, enough for 6 people taking showers. This booking was from Monday 8th July to Friday 19th July. On Sunday 14th we were told that the air conditioning was not working. We offered to have a technician there the next day (Monday), but the guests said that they would prefer for the technician to come on Tuesday 16th which he did. We contacted the guests that afternoon and we were told that everything was fine however the next day (Wednesday 17th) we were informed that the air conditioning was again not working, so we immediately sent the technician up again while the guests were out sightseeing for the day. By this time we offered the guests a free round of golf for their inconvenience, which they refused.
Within a few hours the technician informed us that the exterior unit had to be replaced and that it could take a few days so we immediately offered the guests another two bedroom apartment close-by and that we would help them to move. As it was 2 days before the end of their holidays, they again declined our offer to move them to another similar apartment. Our response to the problem was fast and appropriate, we had the machine repaired at the first moment suitable to the guests, checked with them that it was working and when the problem reoccurred the next day we immediately offered them suitable alternative accomodation.
On the Wednesday the lead guest was focused on a refund rather than a resolution so we offered them a 10% discount on their next stay, he then threatened to write a bad review. We are conscientious and attentive and do everything we can so guests are happy and return year after year but with all our best efforts we failed to satisfy this guest desire for a large refund. The review given by this guest does not reflect the feedback given earlier in his holiday when he said that the Mar Menor Resort was fabulous and they would definitely come back.
