Our Mar Menor villa is located just ten minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of Los Alcazares often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as La manga, san pedero del Pinatar, Torrevieja and the historical cities Murcia and Cartagena The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, perfect for the children. The living room ihas large windows with a views on the garden with olive trees and orange trees. The room is furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. Two of my villas are also for sale at a price 30.000 pound lower then polaris wolrd asks for the same new villas

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region of Murcia and the Costa Blanca are great golf destinations. The country is hilly with mountains, which protect from the wind . Also normally all year around you can play golf here however it can be hot in July and August.. The avarage (day) temperature is then 30 degrees. But in september, October, April and May the avarage temperature exceeds 25 degrees.
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
Cartagena and Murcia are culural capitals and a must to visit . Be aware of the siesta between 2 and 5 in the afternoon- these cities are quiet and people use the restaurants and bars to relax . Also shopping is especially good in Murcia
The resort enables you to go in the large pool, the restaurants, the Spa. My tip however is to go and eat in Los Alcazares or in Santiago de la Ribera. The wine and food are cheap and the atmosphere is relaxing. For kids the small lunapark in Santiago or the discotheques in Santiago or Los Alcazares are appealing. But most attarctive is of course the sea and beach and for golfers the golf facilities. Not only is it possible to play golf on the resort but there are many possiblities to play golf in the surrounding 25km . A small bus connects this Polaris World resort with other Polaris resorts with other golf possibilities.
