A beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa located in a quiet part of the resort and overlooking a lovely plaza with a delightful water feature, yet within 5-10 mins walk to the resort centre where you will find bars, restaurants, bank ATM, supermarket hairdresser and tavel agent should you fancy a day trip. The property is very spacious and has a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs to make the most of the beautiful Spanish climate.
The villa is furnished to a high standard and includes a leather sofa, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, Sky TV, air conditioning and central heating. It is ideal for winter and summer lets.
OUTSIDE: The villa has a large covered area with table and seating for six and BBQ, ideal for outdoor dining. We also have a garden area with a large pool and sun loungers for sunbathing there is also a solarium upstairs if you want to get away from things for a while.

The villa has a private garden with a swimming pool and two terraces (one covered). The orientation is ideal for sun throughout the year.
The golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and has been advertised on TV. Located just 15 mins from San Javier airport and a 5 minute trip to the beautiful beaches of Los Alcazares. The resort is gated and has 24 hour security with patrols within the resort and is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday. It is a well maintained and settled location and a pleasure to walk.
Should you wish to spoil yourself the 5* Inter-continental with spa and restaurants is in the centre of the resort.

The Costa Calida region


Mar Menor Golf Resort is a 10 minute drive from Murcia airport and is perfect for breaks from the UK. It is a short drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor and numerous golf course including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Managa, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum El Valle Condado and La Torre, which are all within a 30 minute drive. There are many small towns a short drive from the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades. The cities of Murcia and Cartegena are also within a 30 minute drive and are well worth a visit.
The Mar Menor is a popular destination for all ages and the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor lagoon that overlooks the La Manga strip.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort area
Within the resort is the fabulous Nicklaus golf course which has been extended to 18 holes and is a big hit with all the local golfers, driving range , putting green, golf shop, large supermarket, beauty/health store, a luxurious owners club with a beautiful swimming pools, a tennis court, internet stations and a fabulous 5* Intercontinental Hotel with a spa and various bars and restaurants.
The Boulevarde just outside the gate (5 min walk) houses a beautiful theme bar,a tapas bar and restaurant and many more.
Residents will get reduced green fee rate.
A day trip to Cartagena taking in the city centre and the port area, boasts some wonderful shopping experiences. If its a bargain you want you can catch a MARKET 7 days a week within the area, sampling some of the fresh fruit and veg which is grown direct from the Murcia region. Boat trips are also available from Los Alcazares and San Javier to La Manga and the islands of the Mar Menor. If wine is your thing there are 2 well known regions within Murcia, first there is Jumilla and then theres Bullas, both of which have bodegas where you can go and sample some of the local wines and you can even treat yourself to a bottle.

Car hire from either airport is available and companies such as www.carjet.com will help you get the best deals available. If you dont want to hire a car then a taxi ride of €20 will get get you to the resort.

1 Provisional bookings will be held for 5 days before deposit must be paid.
2 A deposit of 25% must be paid within 5 days, the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of holiday date the total cost must be made in full after 5 day provisional period.
3 A security deposit of £200 is also required along with the final payment. This will be added to the price of your holiday but will be refunded to you in full if the property has remained undamaged when you have completed your holiday.
4 The owner cannot accept liability for the breakdown of any mechanical or electrical equipment or for blockage of any of the properties drainage systems. However the owner will endeavour to arrange prompt repair, when possible, by local reputable contactors at the owners expence. However blockages caused by misuse such as kitchen rolls, disposable nappies and sanitary wares will be charged for.
5 You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents, by you or any one you invite into the property. On the day of departure the house must be left clean and tidy. Exta costs will be incurred if villa is left in anacceptable condition.
6 The villa is normally available from 5pm on the start date and must be vaccated by 11 am on day of your departure.
7 A cleaning fee of 85 euro is paid locally.
