This 3 bed Villa is situated around 10 minutes from the beach and surrounded by many places to visit and things to do
With its own very large pool and terrace area, with maximum sunshine, it is a very comfortable holiday stay or base. Quality furnishings and beds throughout

3 bedrooms and full airconditioning the Villa has everything you need for your holiday . 2 double rooms and one with twins inside the Villa, with a dining area separate to lounge area, conservatory area with more dining space. The twin room is downstairs adjacent to bathroom, effectively making each room have its own bathroom.Table and chairs outside with sunbeds completes the offer

The Costa Calida region

The Region of Costa Calida is wellknown for its sunny warm climate for much of the year. The region has a unique saltwater lagoon not far from the Resort, which can be enjoyed after a short 10min car journey. Alternatively you can reach the med by car in miniumum 20 minutes in either San Pedro/ Lo Pagan or Santiago De Ribera or venture future to La Manga Strip which is around 40minutes away, and a thriving tourist area.
The beautiful promenade of Los Alcazares, 10 minutes away is dotted with cafes and bars, making this a great daytime or evening stop. Banks supermarkets and clothes shops also appear in this busy town.

Murcia and Cartagena are the nearest cities with attractions in both for shopping, history and walks. Water sports abound along the beach as well as boat trips, fishing excursions, sunbeds and refreshment

The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

This resort has its own 18 hole championship course . The Hotel on site is Intercontinental, 5 Star and features a large pool (for paying guests only), restaurants and bars. It also has attached a SPA and a golf bar for a great breakfast or lunch. Within the centre with restaurants and evening bars as well as a supermarket, none of the Villas are far from these facilities.

A social centre is open seasonally with a large pool (payable by sunbed charges only) with a kiddie pool too, and alongside an area for lunch, breakfast or an early evening meal.

Recently added to the resort are padel courts (a version of tennis) which is a very popular local pastime along with a gym that can be paid for as well as one smaller free one, in social centre.

A Boulevard of bars/restaurants has recently been opened, offering places to eat, drink and also a bank, a short walk from the centre of the resort

In summary Murcia city is 30 mins away and is full of theatres, Cathedral and restaurants and bars. Cartagena is similarly close by 15 mins away and is also full with things to do as well as a newly designed port area.

The nearest airport is San Javier or often called Murcia. It is around 12 minutes by car from the resort
The other airport that can be used is Alicante which is an hour door to door from the resort. . Companies such as ryanair, jet 2, easyjet, thomsons and monarch service the area. Car hire companies can be recommended if required
