A well situated 2 bedroom villa located in the Polaris World Golf Resort overlooking the beautiful lake and course. Now with its own heated swimming pool which is great for usage in the cooler winter months. This home comes complete with all the modern amenities you would expect from a quality property including: Air conditioning, sky TV, DVD , Playstation 2, Dish washer, Washing machine. Los Alcazares beach is just 5km away which makes for an ideal holiday location for golf lovers and families. Enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day on the roof terrace or head out for a bite to eat in one of the various restaurants housed within the resort.

Polaris World has every convenience to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. There's the nine hole Golf course, driving range, putting green, supermarket, bank, tennis court, large communal pool with free sun loungers, doctors, hair salon, free gym and spa centre. Mar Menor has a 9 hole golf course offering the golfer many challenges with 3 lakes and numerous sand hazards! Venture outside the resort for a spot of cycling, walking or head to the beach at Los Alcazares for watersports. There's shopping, banks and a pharmacy all located in nearby Torre Pacheco.
