The Villa is on an 18 hole mar menor golf Resort. furnished to a high contempary standard It has 3 bathrooms air con throughout for the summer and central heating for the winter. The private pool is set in it's own gated garden. The area is a golfers delight and also has something to delight the whole family
There are many golf resorts in the region including three championship courses at La Manga a 20 minute drive
away. The Beautiful Mar Menor beach is just 5 minutes drive away . Cartegena Roman City Port is only a10 minute drive. The villa and location will give you an unforgetable holiday.

The gardens and pool gets the sun all day and has a high hedge surrounding it for privacy The villa also has a large solarium roof terrace that also gets the sun all day

Children are welcome but safety must be paramount and they must be supervised at all times due to the swimming pool . The Villa is not really suitable for babies or toddlers due to the pool.

Conditions

A deposit of 200 is required to secure a booking The remaining sum must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday 200 pounds refundable security deposit should be added to the remaining sum and will be returned
after the villa is checked
