Newly built beautifully modern contemporary designed large two bedroom two bathroom ground floor apartment (sleeps 4/5 the apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adults and 1 infant in cot bed) with huge private outdoor terraced area and large pool. set in beautiful mature gardens overlooking the lake and golf course.
The property is fully air conditioned/heated with underground secure private parking.
Situated on a Jack Nicklaus 18 hole signature golf course within the exclusive Mar Menor Golf and Spa Resort on the beautiful Costa Calida with year round sunshine.

The property benefits from being just a five minute walk to all golf facilities, clubhouse, numerous bars and restaurants and 5* Spa facilities.

The beautiful Mar Menor Sea and its stunning beaches, beach bars and restaurants are less than 10 min drive. The typically Spanish towns of Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares are under 5km away. This outstanding property will suits golfers, families and couples alike. The beautiful and historic town of Cartagena is a 20min drive away and the renowned La Manga is approx half an hour .

Prices from £250 per week, shorter breaks can be arranged with the owner.
A security deposit of £150 is paid at time of booking and is returned within 7 days after departure following inspection.

A cleaning fee of 65 euros is paid locally after arrival to ensure the apartment is always cleaned and maintained to the highest standard for guest arrivals.

The beautiful Costa Calida which translates to Warm Coast benefits from year round sunshine and some of the best unspoilt beaches in Spain. “Winter get away” A lovely apartment with nice views of the golf course. Ideally located and only a few minutes walk to the resort hotel and other amenities. The apartment has a large ground floor terrace which is close to the communal pool and our little boy loved pottering around outside. Although we didn't use the pool, due to the time of year we visited, it looked well maintained and would be very useful during the summer months. The property is well furnished and has been maintained to a high standard, I would certainly stay there again.

“A Home From Home” This property is a definite must. It had everything you could possibly want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable (just like being at home). The property was beautifully presented, modern and spotless on arrival. Having the option to book the services of the Property Manager for airport transfer and welcome pack if desired at very reasonable costs, made this the most hassle free holiday experience to date, especially as it was the first holiday with a young child. The apartment pool is just outside your door but you have the option of another pool along with very adequate eating out/entertainment and supermarket facilities all within a short walking distance and resort staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

“Fantastic apartment ideally located” Myself and my husband had a lovely stay here on our short break at the apartment, the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and modern, beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and is only a few steps away from the terrace. It is ideal if you have children. It was lovely sitting in the evening sunshine on the very large terrace overlooking the gardens, pool and beautiful views of the golf course and the lake. The resort is fantastic and well located. We didn't hire a car but it was only a short stroll to all amenities, supermarket, hotel bars, tennis courts and just outside the resort gates are more bars and restaurants. The Italian restaurant at the hotel is highly recommended. It only took us 10 minutes to get to and from the airport in a taxi and 5 mins into the Spanish town at Los Alcazares, which has a great beach and lovely promenade which goes on for miles. We would definitely recommend the apartment and will be returning with our two young daughters as it will be an ideal holiday for them. Thank you very much we had a lovely time!

“WOW! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL APPARTMENT WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION!!” We stayed in this beautiful appartment in Aug 2011. What can i say? This was a perfect holiday, which is saying something when you travel abroad with 2 young children!! The appartment was immaculate had absolutely everything we needed including air conditioning which was a must in Aug! The huge terrace area outside was great for breakfast and lunch, having the awning for shade was of great benefit when the sun was at its hottest. The pool area is litterally a stones throw away from the terrace and was simply stunning. Considering we went in peak time it was very quiet and often we had the pool to ourselves which the kids loved. I cannot recommend this appartment highly enough, and we will definitely be returning.
