Luxury villa on 5 star Mar Menor Golf Resort. Private pool, full air conditioning / heating. Overlooking 6th tee. Satellite TV etc. Lots of extras, luxury interior. 5 minute drive to beach / bars / restaurants.
The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard, with lots of personal touches. All rooms are fully air conditioned, centrally heated for the cooler months. Telephone for free internal calls around the resort & for incoming cals only. Please note, we have a strict no smoking policy inside the villa, however ashtrays are provided for guests to smoke outside.
Around 5 minutes drive from the resort lies the beautiful Mar Menor which is the largest inland sea in the world. It is very warm and excellent for children.
There is a 9 hole course on site, soon to be increased to 18. There is also a driving range and putting green. There are also many other golf courses in the area including La Manga.
Within the resort there is a social centre where you will find a supermarket, shops, bar and restaurant (recommended) and a large swimming pool, also children's pool. Also due to open Spring 2006 a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel. Los Alcazares offers traditional, coastal Spanish Lifestyle with excellent restaurants and amenities. There is also a floodlit tennis court and fully equipped gym on-site.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
This region has plenty to see and do - as well as world class golfing there are the wonderful cities of Murcia and Alicante nearby - lots of lovely beaches to relax on the warm sands, and, of course, you can sample all the delights of Spanish cuisine. There are also lovely wines and Spanish sherry to try, so when you leave a hard days sunbathing or golfing, you can indulge in the typical Spanish lifestyle!
Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

The garden area is landscaped and patio'd. There is a 8x4m pool. The terrace overlooks the 6th tee and has a genuine front line golf position. The garden area is fenced and totally private. Lots of sunloungers, table, chairs and BBQ. Upstairs terrace has fabulous views over the fairway and is also fully equipped with loungers and chairs.
