Our luxury 2 bedroom villa comes with it's own private swimming pool 6 x 3 metres.We have furnished the property to a very high standard, Our villa is situated on the 5 star Polaris World Golf Resort (sorry Jack Nicklaus won't be there). This gated community is ideal for families and golfers as it is on a 18 hole golf course. The golf course has a excellent driving range, chipping/putting green and a fantastic pro shop.On the complex there is 4 restaurants, 3 bars, communal swimming pool, tennis court, gym and supermarket.
The nearest beach is just 10 min drive away at Los Alcazares, Which is a seaside town with many restaurants and bars.Within 30 mins drive there are many golf courses including La Manga which has 3 championship courses.wifi has now been installed

The Costa Calida region
The Mar Menor (The warm coast) Is situated around europes largest lagoon where there are many sandy beaches.There are also plenty of shopping centres within 15 mins drive (Dos Mares which has got burger king and Mcdonalds) also really nice clothes shops etc.
The historic cities of Murcia and Cartenga are only 25 mins drive away.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
On resort there is a 5 star hotel with spa facilities which anybody can use, (at extra cost). Stayed here with my partner for the first 2 weeks in October 2012. The villa had all the home comforts one might expect from this resort and the pool was an added bonus as were the 2 sets of golf clubs and the bikes. We stayed mostly on the resort and found that a car wasn't really necessary due to the location of the villa. We are already looking forward to our next stay here. |

Fantastic time at Mar Menor, Villa was lovely and had everything we needed, pool was lovely and could not ask for much more,, we hired a car and visited some lovely beaches. would not have mattered if we did not have a car tho as cabs are cheap, Golf resort had lots on there to do and eating out was all on site.. Def go back again |
