Situated on the gated community of Mar Menor Golf Resort, with the 5* Intercontinental Hotel & Spa within the complex and other luxurious facilities for use. The 9 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course is currently being extended to an 18 hole and there many other courses in the immediate area.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms and a utility room. On a most enviable location within the resort it has it's own private swimming pool, BBQ area, two terrace/balconies, cable T.V, DVD, air-conditioning, dishwasher, and has been furnished to a very high standard.
There are tennis courts, supermarket , gym, restaurants, swimming pools, bars, kids clubs and activities and much more all on site. The gym and swimming pool in the clubhouse is free to guests. The supermarket sells a variety of produce and bakes bread and pastries on the premises daily. They also sell English newspapers, books and magazines.
There are restaurants on the resort such as Olivio, Aqua & Nomad but a short drive into the seaside town of Los Alcazares and there are many more to choose from. The clubhouse bar Pino's, is a sports bar, showing sports on large screen TV's. there are also pool tables, internet and other computer games. It has a very relaxed atmosphere where you can also order food and kids are welcome. There is also an Irish Pub, along with other bars in the hotel, with a live band on Fridays and Saturdays.
The beach is just 5 mins drive and the airport (Murcia) is just 15 mins and Alicante 50 mins drive.

Los Alcazares is the nearest beach and is just 5 mins by car, here you will find the Yacht club and many restaurants and tapas bars. The golf courses in the area are; La Torre, Roda, La Manga, Campomoar, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Mosa Trajectum, Altorreal, Hacienda del Alamo, La Serena, Los Alcazares and many that are still under construction.
In Murcia, the new water park and animal safari park Terra Mitica is now open.
