About the home

Situated on the gated community of Mar Menor Golf Resort, with the 5* Intercontinental Hotel & Spa within the complex and other luxurious facilities for use. The Jack Nicklaus designed course has been extended to an 18 hole and there many other courses in the immediate area.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms and a utility room. On a most enviable location within the resort it has it's own private swimming pool, two terrace/balconies, cable T.V, DVD, air-conditioning, dishwasher, and has been furnished to a very high standard.

There are tennis courts, supermarket , gym, restaurants, swimming pools, bars, kids clubs and activities and much more all on site. The gym and swimming pool in the clubhouse is free to guests. The supermarket sells a variety of produce and bakes bread and pastries on the premises daily. They also sell English newspapers, books and magazines.

There are restaurants on the resort such as Olivio, Aqua & Nomad and a new boulavard directly outside the resort with shops and restaraunts for those who want to eat/drink within walking distance but not on the resort. Also, a short drive into the seaside town of Los Alcazares and there are many more restaraunts to choose from. The clubhouse bar Pino's, is a sports bar, showing sports on large screen TV's. there are also pool tables, internet and other computer games. It has a very relaxed atmosphere where you can also order food and kids are welcome. There is also an Irish Pub, along with other bars in the hotel, with a live band on Fridays and Saturdays.

The beach is just 5 mins drive and the airport (Murcia) is just 15 mins and Alicante 50 mins drive.

The Costa Calida region

Situated in Costa Calida where the historical and cultural cities of Murcia and Cartagena are situated and just a short drive away.

Los Alcazares is a typically spanish town located next to the shores of the Mar Menor, which is a salt water lagoon that is is said to have healing properties and is listed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places on earth!

The area enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year with an average daily temperature of 21 degrees c.

Visit the natural mud baths at San Pedro del Pinatar, the fishing village of Cabo de Palos The coastline has many blue flag beaches.

The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area

Los Alcazares is the nearest beach and is just 5 mins by car, here you will find the Yacht club and many restaurants and tapas bars. The golf courses in the area are; La Torre, Roda, La Manga, Campomoar, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Mosa Trajectum, Altorreal, Hacienda del Alamo, La Serena, Los Alcazares and many that are still under construction.

In Murcia, the new water park and animal safari park Terra Mitica is now open.
