This superb four bedroom frontline villa has a private swimming pool and garden as well as 2 upper sun terraces to allow you to watch people playing golf whilst making the most of the wonderful weather. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities.
Outside in the spacious Garden patio area there are sun loungers provided. There is also Gas BBQ so you can cook in the fresh air.
This Villa is positioned in a quiet street on the Mar Menor Golf Resort and is fully furnished with quality furniture and has air conditioning in the lounge and each of the four bedrooms. Additionally the villa has central heating throughout for winter breaks. There is a 40” flat screen TV and Sky TV including sports channels and a DVD player.

The Costa Calida region
The villa is only 10 minute drive from the award winning sandy beaches, bars and restaurants of Los Alcazares
The Costa Calida is an ideal holiday destination. The area not only enjoys a perfect climate all year round with over 320 days of sunshine at an average temperature of 21C, and the lowest level of rainfall, but nearly all of the beaches along the Costa Calida are blue flag rated.
There are many small towns a short drive from the resort with great restaurants and beautiful promenades, the nearest, Los Alcazares has great views of La Manga. This pretty beach town is 10 minutes away and enjoys 6km of beach front promenade and sandy beaches. The town offers a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and shops to choose from in a truly Spanish environment.
The area of the Costa Calida is rich in quality golf courses not only the Mar Menor Golf Resort, but it is also within a short drive from numerous golf courses including La Serena, Roda Golf, La Manga, Hacienda del Alamo, Mosa Trajectum, Hacienda Riquelme Peraleja Golf and El Valle, which are all with a 30 minute drive.
The city of Murcia, the historical port of Cartegena and the famouse La Manga strip and resort are also within a 30 minute drive and are well worth a visit.
Other activities around the area include go-karting, sailing, jet skiing, canoeing, horse riding, boat trips to local islands and experience the outdoor mud bathing at Lo Pagan which can be found at the northern tip of the Mar Menor.
All in all the location of the Mar Menor Golf Resort on the Costa Calida is superb for family and golf holidays alike.
The Mar Menor Golf Resort / Polaris World nr Los Alcazares area
Mar Menor Golf Resort is perfectly located between the two principle towns of the region namely Murcia and Cartagena, only a few kilometers from the Spanish town and beaches of Los Alcazares.
The golf resort is a gated community which offers privacy and seclusion. In addition there is a 24 hour security presence and entrance control. The resort is beautifully designed with tree lined boulevards and plazas with picturesque fountains which surround the acclaimed 18 hole golf course.
Within the resort centre is the exclusive five star Intercontinental hotel with bars, restaurants, Spa and a communal pool.
On the boulevard, just outside the main gates, a short walk from the centre are a selection of local Spanish bars and restaurants serving a variety of food styles from Tapas and traditional Spanish paella, to Italian and A la Carte. The resort also boasts a well stocked super market, with local produce and wines, CAM bank, a Tennis court and 8 Paddle Tennis courts
The villa is situated on the exclusive Mar Menor 18 hole par 71 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. It has a driving range, putting green and pro shop. There are numerous courses in the surrounding area that gives the golfer a huge selection to choose from

Caroline Williams greeted us on our day of arrival at the villa with a warm welcome.Our party of 7 ranged from 8 - 50 years old. The villa was spacious and very clean and well equipped. The owners had thought of everything. The pool and bbq were used every day and the outside space was great for relaxing. The Mar Menor resort was fabulous and the on-site supermarket stocked everything. There were plenty of bars and restaraunt catering for all tastes. Caroline was available throughout the week and met us on our last day to say good-bye. We will definitely return to this property and will recommend it to family and friends. |

The villa was spacious enough to accommodate our party of 5 adults, 1 child & 2 infants. The pool was a good size & the villa was modern with all mod cons. Caroline organised our stay and was most helpful throughout. The resort was very nice & golf course in very good condition. Really enjoyed our stay & would definitely return again. |
